Strong Product UI heavy Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum of 2+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on UI-intensive work

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end designs independently from wireframes and user flows through to final Figma handoff

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with delivering both web and mobile designs

Mandatory (Tools): Must have strong working proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Photoshop etc

Mandatory (Skill): Must have solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and process flows for web and mobile responsive platforms

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio should be UI-heavy, with clear evidence of high-fidelity designs, visual craftsmanship, and end-to-end screen design

Mandatory (Company Type): Product companies or if candidate form services/design consultancies with worked on B2B SaaS projects/clients

Mandatory (Education): Formal design degree - B.Des, M.Des, or related fields (mass communication, visual arts, fine arts)

Mandatory (Note): Candidate should show stability in career. Candidates with recent experience as freelancer wouldn't be considered

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals
• Write high-quality, original content for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
• Create and optimize web content for SEO and user experience
• Proofread and edit all content for grammar, tone, and consistency
• Write persuasive copy for ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams on content initiatives.
• Experience planning, scheduling, posting, and analyzing content across platforms

Must Have Experience:

 Min 5 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies

 Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot / React / Hybrid / Mobile

 Hibernate / JPA / JDBC

 Experience with web application environments like Eclipse, Tomcat and

WebLogic/WebSphere.

 Experience with tools like Git / SVN, Maven etc.

 Must have knowledge of Oracle Database / MS SQL Database.

 Should be able to do efforts estimation

 Should have done customer interaction

 Must have handled the team of 7-8 developers & testers

What you'll do:

Create UI/UX design of Mobile and Web applications that will truly delight our users Create interactive consumer and business applications by developing concepts, layouts, design system for the product.

Analyze user interface problems and create design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements

Work closely with the other teams to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements.
