Provide 24X7X365 NOC Support for Voice related issues
· SMSC, SMPP, HTTP, HTTPS, SIGTRAN, SS7 experience
· Knowledge and relevant experience on VPN and messaging nodes (SMSC, Bulk SMS, SMSR, SMS HUB)
