🛠️Mandatory Requirement (Strict) :

We are strictly looking for candidates who :

• Have worked with a Centralized Crypto Exchange (CEX)
• Have hands-on experience dealing with FIU-IND
• Have direct experience in FIU reporting (STR, CTR, etc.) under PMLA and
• Proven expertise in AML/CFT compliance and regulatory audits.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Principal Officer – Compliance to lead AML, CFT, fraud prevention, and enterprise risk management functions for crypto operations in India.

The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, and managing reporting obligations with FIU-IND, while strengthening the compliance framework for digital asset operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Regulatory & AML Oversight :

• Act as the designated Principal Officer under PMLA and FIU-IND guidelines.
• Ensure timely filing of STRs, CTRs, and regulatory reports with FIU-IND.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and law enforcement.
• Track and implement regulatory updates in crypto, AML/CFT frameworks.
• Handle regulatory inspections, audits, and queries.

2. Compliance Framework & Risk Management :

• Develop and enhance AML/CFT policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments (AML, fraud, operational risks).
• Oversee KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and prepare STR filings.
• Maintain PMLA records and audit-ready documentation.

3. Fraud Management & Controls :

• Design fraud detection and prevention mechanisms for crypto transactions.
• Investigate fraud incidents and compliance breaches.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks to mitigate financial crime risks.

4. Governance & Reporting :

• Prepare board-level compliance reports.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance testing.
• Manage regulatory complaint handling and escalations.
• Ensure policies and disclosures remain up-to-date and compliant.

5. Stakeholder Management & Culture :

• Engage with regulators and licensing authorities.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and legal teams.
• Drive a compliance-first culture through training programs.
• Evaluate and onboard compliance tools and monitoring systems.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
• ACAMS (CAMS) or equivalent AML certification (Preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in AML/Compliance/Fraud Risk.
• Must have worked in a Centralized Crypto Exchange environment.
• Strong experience in FIU-IND reporting and regulatory audits.

We are looking for a skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PHP programming and a proven track record working with Magento, WordPress, and Laravel frameworks. As a PHP Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of web applications.

Full Stack Development:

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining React-based applications

What will be your primary focus?

Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 3 to 6 years of working on the FI-CO module in SAP implementation projects
• Minimum one end-end implementation experience in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6 would be a plus
• Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the FI-Treasury module:
• Cash Management
• Cash Position
• Liquidity forecast
• Fixed Term deposits
• Forward rate agreement
• Trading with fixed & variable bonds & stocks
• Cross currency interest swap
• Creation, Execution, Processing, Posting & settlement of the above orders
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Must be a good team player
• Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following

• SAP FI - GL/AP/AR/AA
• SAP CO - CC/PA/IO

NICE TO HAVE

• SAP Certification on FI-Treasury Module
• Used Solution Manager in the implementation
• Worked on integration with other ECC modules
• Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
• Team Leading Experience would be added advantage
• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge

Must Have Skills

• AWS Solutions Architect and/or DevOps certification, Professional preferred
• BS level technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Engineering background preferred
• Hands-on technical expertise on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include but not limited to EC2, VPC, IAM, Security groups, ELB/NLB/ALB, Internet gateway, S3, EBS and EFS.
• Experience in migration-deployment of applications to Cloud, re-engineering of application for cloud, setting up OS and app environments in virtualized cloud
• DevOps automation, CI/CD, infrastructure/services provisioning, application deployment and configuration
