THE ROLE 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Delivery Manager - Tech to join our Tech team at iamneo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing adoption, and retention. As a Customer Success Delivery Manager, you will work directly with customers to provide the necessary support to achieve their goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client portfolios, analyze customer data and improve customer experience. 
• Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for account growth, handholding clients from sales closure to onboarding, training, governance, reporting, and providing continued support. 
• Identify and develop up-sell opportunities. 
• Advocate for customer needs and issues discussion & cross-departmental resolutions. 
• Understand proposal objectives, determine the scope of work, source information, collate and analyze information logically, and produce high-quality outputs in a timely manner. 
• Maintain a detailed repository and tracker to ensure all recent documents are added regularly. 
• Proactively liaise with stakeholders to receive timely feedback to enhance proposal/presentation development processes.
• Manage a team of Customer Success Engineers/Technical Support Engineers.
• Handle client escalations as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU...

• 7+ years of experience leading teams in customer-facing roles
• Strong project management abilities, and excellent technical writing, research, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of tech stacks - Java, Javascript, Fullstack, Testing (Automation & Manual), python, C, C++, Angular.js, React.js, DBMS, etc., required
• Successful track record of managing at least Rs.20 crore in ARR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven record of driving adoption and growth of the install base
• Executive-level experience in a B2B customer success role with a fast-paced SaaS organization. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 
• Worked in the software industry as a developer/tester/support executive early in their career would be a plus..

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

·         Candidate should be able to work independently with client and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Work closely with experienced integration, frontend, or backend development teams

·         Contribute to estimation and scoping of projects

·         Work on presales environment for checking feasibilities for customer requirement.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

·         8 to 10 years of programming experience—preferably with Java 8+, and other tool support

·         5 years of Java # 6 experience

·         Should have experience in executing project independently.

·         Demonstrated ability of Design Patterns and to write efficient, reusable rest services and libraries

·         Experience with agile software development methodologies and software development best practices, pair programming and CI/CD

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent analytical skills for solution building of customer requirements.

·         Good knowledge of datastores (RDBMS, Oracle, SQL)

·         Must have in depth understanding of the L1, L2, L3 support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Management of facilitator eco-system
• Identify sourcing strategies to onboard new facilitators with a practitioner background
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance team to ensure Facilitators costs are within budget
• Guide team to ensure timely NDA and Pricing contract documentation
• Guide team to ensure timely renewal of pricing contract documentation
• Ensure facilitators are provided Train the trainer service live / online
• Ensure facilitators are assessed for their teach-back process
• Ensure timely certification and readiness of pool of facilitators at a global level
• Resolve facilitator grievances by collaborating with key stakeholders
• Upskill on latest products for self and other existing facilitators
• Deliver 8 to 10 sessions per month on Leading Now and Leading Next themes
• Create an eco-system of facilitators across industries
• Oversee and report metrics for improving experience through dashboards and analysis

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) will have the complete market level expertise and proficiency as required to create, develop and teach contents in the given subject area.
• Experience 0 to 5 yrs teaching Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics
• Educational qualification: Masters(M.Sc, M.Phil, P.hd) in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics
• SME for NEET and JEE competitive exams should possess equivalent field experience in teaching student segments of the market space or students in the relevant institutions.
• The primary requirement from the SME will be the creation of highly relevant teacher Lesson planners, teaching modules as expected in the project architecture which is content in-line with the learning material of Raptor entrance expert.
• The SME should gain enough knowledge about the product developed through the induction program and should be prepared for workflow within the first 3 days of joining.
• Proficiency of the theoretical knowledge and equivalent application knowledge is a prerequisite to developing contents for the given assignment. The SME should be posses and be increasingly willing to upgrade one’s knowledge on a regular basis.
• The SME should thoroughly research the curriculum framework, market expectation, syllabus and other essential criteria for the assignment taken.
• The SME will stick on to the time schedules regularly to avoid any delay to the project completed within the stipulated project delivery time and will be solely responsible for the completion of any work given in the subject area within the scope of the given assignment.
• The work files should be appropriately organized in the allocated work system as they will be subjected to frequent auditing.
• The SME will have a parallel discussion and can take guidance from the Project Head and the academic expert team Lead (TL) to build contents analogous to the learning material and ensure organized content delivery.
