Infra360.io is searching for a DevOps Engineer to lead our group of IT specialists in maintaining and improving our software infrastructure. You'll collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, and other IT pros in deploying, automating, and managing the software infrastructure. As a DevOps engineer you will also be responsible for setting up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring programs, and cloud infrastructure. 

Below is a detailed description of the roles and responsibilities, expectations for the role.

Tech Stack :

• Kubernetes: Deep understanding of Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and its architecture.
• Terraform: Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for managing cloud resources.
• ArgoCD: Experience in continuous deployment and using ArgoCD to maintain GitOps workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A graduation/post-graduation degree in Computer Science and related fields
• 2-4 years of strong DevOps experience with the Linux environment.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the scripting languages - Bash, Python, Go etc

Job Purpose and Impact

The DevOps Engineer is a key position to strengthen the security automation capabilities which have been identified as a critical area for growth and specialization within Global IT’s scope. As part of the Cyber Intelligence Operation’s DevOps Team, you will be helping shape our automation efforts by building, maintaining and supporting our security infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand and evaluate business requirements.

Main tasks

• Supervision of the CI/CD process for the automated builds and deployments of web services and web applications as well as desktop tool in the cloud and container environment

• Installation, operation and monitoring of web applications in cloud data centers for the purpose of development of the test as well as for the operation of an own productive cloud
• Implementation of installations of the solution especially in the container context
• Introduction, maintenance and improvement of installation solutions for development in the desktop and server environment as well as in the cloud and with on-premise Kubernetes
• Maintenance of the system installation documentation and implementation of trainings

Qualification profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics or comparable qualification
