Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage, hunt, and grow strategic relationships with mid-sized startups and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in services sales and SaaS sales, along with the ability to open and develop key accounts from scratch (hunting + farming).

Experience or exposure in Web3 and AI domains will be considered a strong advantage.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, solution understanding, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to drive multi-million-dollar account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Hunting & Acquisition

1. Identify and acquire new strategic accounts (mid-market and enterprise).
2. Build entry strategies for large logos and high-value startup clients.
3. Drive outbound account penetration along with inbound lead conversion.
4. Own full-cycle sales from prospecting to closure for key accounts.

Account Ownership & Relationship Management

1. Own and manage assigned key accounts post-acquisition.
2. Build relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior technical stakeholders.
3. Act as the primary commercial point of contact.
4. Drive long-term client retention and wallet share expansion.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

1. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from assigned accounts.
2. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and SaaS offerings.
3. Build multi-year account growth strategies.
4. Maintain strong pipeline coverage and forecasting discipline.

Strategic Solution Selling

1. Sell complex technology solutions across services and SaaS models.
2. Understand client business goals and map solution value accordingly.
3. Drive solution presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
4. Support enterprise RFP / RFI and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work closely with pre-sales, solutioning, delivery, and product teams.
2. Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Role overview
  As an SDE-3 Fullstack, you will actively lead, setting top-class engineering examples, a team of young talented web developers, and take major responsibility for end-to-end project development and delivery along with the Engineering Manager (EM), Principal Engineer (PE), other SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager (TPM). You will also assist them with hiring and training the team. In essence, your usual day will be primarily coding 100% of the time.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, marketers, subject matter experts and other influencers to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation and work closely with technology and business team to make products easier to use. This involves Feature Guides, FAQs, Onboarding Guides, Help Documentation, Troubleshooting Guides, Training Manuals, Release Notes and other documentation
• Audit and update the content regularly to ensure relevance with incremental product feature releases, customer use cases, support issues and other internal developments
• Execute the Content Calendar by building and delivering on the roadmap set by the management
• Work closely with the creative teams to represent the content in the most suitable visual format
• Suggest ways to further improve the quality of the documentation

Requirements:
