Banking Acquisition Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled information security (SOC) Engineer/Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats in real-time. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a sound understanding of threat landscapes, SIEM tools, and incident response. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity governance, robust technical skills in security operations, and a commitment to staying abreast of the evolving threat landscape and internal security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security events and alerts from SIEM and other security tools.
• Perform initial triage and investigation of potential threats or anomalous behavior.
• Escalate incidents according to severity and defined procedures.
• Document incidents, provide root cause analysis, and maintain detailed logs.
• Analyze threat intelligence feeds and correlate with internal data.
• Assist in threat hunting and vulnerability management activities.
• Support continuous improvement of SOC processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with other IT and Security teams for incident resolution.
• Assist in developing and tuning SIEM rules, queries, and dashboards for threat detection.
• Contribute to vulnerability management and secure configuration of internal systems and cloud environments.
• Support the testing and execution of recovery plans for security systems and data.
• Document incident findings, remediation steps, and contribute to post-incident reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a SOC environment or similar security operations role.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
• Understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and common attack vectors.
• Knowledge of malware, phishing, ransomware, and social engineering tactics.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, network monitoring, and forensic tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred Certifications:
• CompTIA Security+ or CySA+
• Vendor-specific SIEM certifications.

Role Overview:

The AI Research Intern will focus on natural language processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs). They will assist in refining and testing the retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system for CopilotGTM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and refining NLP models to answer customer queries.
• Research and implement improvements to minimize hallucinations in the LLM.
• Test RAG model configurations and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Work with the engineering team to improve real-time product recommendations and responses.
• Analyze datasets and fine-tune models for specific use cases (e.g., sales, compliance).

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of NLP and familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Basic coding experience in Python.
• Knowledge of data handling, data processing, and model training.
• Problem-solving ability and eagerness to experiment with new techniques.

Preferred:

• Experience with libraries like Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Lead, Design, develop, and maintain full-stack, web-based applications, and toolchains.
• Design and develop internal and external business systems/applications, systems interfaces, databases,
• reporting, or business functionality
• Work with development and BA teams and project manager to ideate software solutions
• Participate in client communication & effort estimations for new projects/feature development.
• Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications
• Utilize development skills to build (code) new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and automated unit tests
• Perform Code Reviews for all code written by the other developers, review code for team and industry standards compliance, and provide feedback to developers.
• Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
• Facilitate/lead reviews of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, and communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to the team
• Guide and mentor junior full-stack developers. 

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

We are establishing infrastructure for internal and external reporting using Tableau and are looking for someone with experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and using Tableau Server to deliver them to internal and external users. 

Required Experience 

• Implementation of interactive visualizations using Tableau Desktop  
• Integration with Tableau Server and support of production dashboards and embedded reports with it 

• Writing and optimization of SQL queries  
• Proficient in Python including the use of Pandas and numpy libraries to perform data exploration and analysis 
• 3  years of experience working as a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer 
• Bachelors in Engineering – can be Electronic and comm , Computer , IT  
• Well versed with Basic Data Structures Algorithms and system design 

• Should be capable of working well in a team – and should possess very good communication skills 
• Self-motivated and fun to work with and organized 
• Productive and efficient working remotely 
• Test driven mindset with a knack for finding issues and problems at earlier stages of development 
• Interest in learning and picking up a wide range of cutting edge technologies 

• Should be curious and interested in learning some Data science related concepts and domain knowledge 
• Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices 

Highly Desirable 

• Data Analytics 

• Experience in AWS cloud or any cloud technologies 
• Experience in BigData technologies and streaming like – pyspark, kafka is a big plus 
• Shell scripting  
• Preferred tech stack – Python, Rest API, Microservices, Flask/Fast API, pandas, numpy, linux, shell scripting, Airflow, pyspark 
• Has a strong backend experience – and worked with Microservices and Rest API’s - Flask, FastAPI, Databases Relational and Non-relational
