
Role Overview:
Responsible for leading all HR functions at the plant, including manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate HR. Ensures smooth HR operations supporting plant productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR operations
• Partner with operations leadership to align manpower with production targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, operators, and technical positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with corporate standards.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and competency mapping.
• Handle industrial relations, grievance redressal, and union communication (if applicable).
• Ensure statutory compliance – Factories Act, ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.
• Oversee time office, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate with finance for cost tracking and HR budgeting.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff at the plant.

Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and access controls (RBAC).
- Integrate Purview with data sources : Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Power BI, Snowflake.
- Schedule and monitor metadata scanning and classification jobs.
- Implement and maintain collection hierarchies aligned with data ownership.
- Design metadata ingestion workflows for technical, business, and operational metadata.
- Enrich data assets with business context : descriptions, glossary terms, tags.
- Synchronize metadata across tools using REST APIs, PowerShell, or ADF.
