You’ll act as the Compensation Business Partner for India while also leading global compensation programs and operations. This hybrid role demands a strategic thinker who can balance local market insights with global alignment to drive fair, competitive, and meaningful compensation decisions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and optimize compensation structures that support business goals and reward
performance globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary compensation partner for the India office, advising business
leaders, recruiters, and HRBPs.
• Design and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Provide expert guidance on offers, promotions, transfers, and adjustments.
• Conduct market benchmarking and develop competitive pay ranges.

Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in compensation models, structures, and pay philosophies.
• Strong command of benchmarking surveys, data analytics, and compensation
frameworks. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday, SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
