Key Responsibilities

End-to-end IT recruitment.

Complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HR documentation.

Employee engagement, performance management & policy implementation.

HR MIS reporting and administrative activities.

Desired Profile

HR Generalist experience with recruitment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & HRMS.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

● 3+ year of full life-cycle IT Recruiting Experience, in either an agency or corporate setting 

● Familiarity with different selection methods (screening, interviews, assignments) 

● Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity 

● Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies and skills 

● Experience in handling multiple vendors. 

● Great interpersonal and communication skills 

● MBA in human resources or similar relevant field

• Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels, and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
• Doing junior to middle-level hiring for all IT verticals.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioural Fitment, Stability, etc.
• Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Follow up with candidates and clients and maintain records of progress.
