Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Shipping Bill, LC documents etc.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international clients
• Manage DGFT, EPCG, and other export compliance formalities
• Maintain export records and MIS reports
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Support buyer communication related to shipments and documents

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in export documentation (must)
• Exposure to yarn exports / textile exports and building material exports preferred
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, and international trade procedures
• Good command of MS Excel and documentation software
• Strong coordination and communication skills

This is a remote position.

Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineers with total 6+ years of experience in which around 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in React.js and 1+ years of experience in Accessibility testing, with a proven track record of shipping complex projects successfully.

An experienced individual contributor and leader who thrives in large, complex projects with widespread impact.

What You’ll Do as a Software Craftsperson 

• Design and build high-quality, maintainable systems using disciplined engineering practices such as TDD, continuous refactoring, and pair programming 
• Operate in an AI-native development model, using AI as a collaborator to explore architecture and design, accelerate development, and continuously improve systems while applying strong judgment to ensure that speed never compromises quality 
• Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes from problem understanding and system design to implementation, deployment, and operation in production 
• Make thoughtful design decisions that balance simplicity, scalability, and long-term maintainability in real-world systems 
• Maintain a high bar for engineering quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous feedback 
• Investigate and resolve production issues, and implement systemic improvements to prevent recurrence

Requirements

What You’ll Bring 

• 6+ years of experience building high-quality, production systems (flexible based on demonstrated capability) 
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, including object-oriented design, system design, and testing practices such as TDD 
• Demonstrated ability to build simple, maintainable, and scalable systems with a focus on long-term reliability 
• Proficiency in one or more modern technologies React, Accessibility testing, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• Deep experience working with Git in collaborative environments, including managing shared codebases, conducting code reviews, and maintaining a high bar for quality 
• Ability to operate effectively in an AI-native workflow using AI as a collaborator to explore solutions and accelerate development, while applying strong judgment to ensure correctness, quality, and maintainability

Implementation Engineer’s role is a key part of the Product & Customer Success team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding customers in getting the data from various 3rd party tools & make sure you are helping the Customer Success team to onboard customers. You will act as a trusted advisor. You will become an integral part of the company and our customers.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Understand Customer Operations Tech Stack. What platforms are they using for CRM, Support, Billing, Analytics, etc) 
• Handhold customer in syncing all the data sources with CSB. Many of which are pre build native integrations which are activated by a simple click through flow. 
• Devising smart engineering solutions for each customer's unique enterprise stack (CRM/Billing/Support/Analytics).
• You will get opportunities to learn & develop on different technologies and platforms. 
• Understand the business requirement as to prioritize data sources and objects.
• Conduct workshops with customers to break the requirement in smaller & achievable format.
• Create an implementation framework to capture and decide what are all the data that is required
• Plan meetings with customers & their developers to understand how their data is structured. Consult them the best practices of sending that data to CSB.
• You will always be connected to the CSB technical team, so that you can leverage them to drive customer implementation.
• Resolve customer issues, with or without collaboration with other teams; 
• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication.
• Collaborate on creating best practices guide for developers, Update API documentation & update & maintain the Integration documentation.
• Work with CustomerSuccess Team to share insights with customers & prepare Customised reports on BI tools
