JOB TITLE: Business Developer Executive (Website Sales)

(Experience Required: 1 Year and above)

REPORTS TO: Business Development Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:-

• Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and
• maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with
• executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance
• and maximizing business reach and potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:-

● Managing sales activities.

● Actively seek out new #Sales Opportunities

● Set up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls.

● Write new business proposals.

● Conversion of leads through calling.

● Acquire and maintain the latest. necessary technical knowledge to convert leads.

● Negotiate/close deals.

● Collaborate with highly experienced team members to achieve better results.

● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities

● Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

● Keep prospective client database updated.

● Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.

● Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.

● Consistently achieve revenue targets set by management.

● Generate sales through available online freelance portals.

● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:-

● Bachelor’s degree in a related field

● 1 Year of Experience as a Business Developer.

● Must have experience in Lead Conversion.

● Experience in Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus.

● Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering

● Must have experienced Client Interaction.

● Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

PHP Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Gathering & Understanding customer requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.
• Write clean, well structured code with proper abstraction and reusability.
• Work independently and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

What makes you the best fit:

• Exceptional programming skills with strong fundamentals in OOPS, MVC and ORM.
• Good knowledge of PHP, Core PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, zend, Shopify, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON and Rest APIs.
• Proficient with code versioning tools like GIT.
• Must have experience in payment gateway, video streaming and image manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of any JS frameworks like Vue, React, Angular.
• Must be able to work independently and perform under strict deadlines.
• Must be a good team player and has good problem solving skills.
