JOB OVERVIEW:-
- Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and
- maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with
- executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:-
โ Managing sales activities.
โ Actively seek out new #Sales Opportunities
โ Set up meetings with potential clients on calls and video calls.
โ Write new business proposals.
โ Conversion of leads through calling.
โ Acquire and maintain the latest. necessary technical knowledge to convert leads.
โ Negotiate/close deals.
โ Collaborate with highly experienced team members to achieve better results.
โ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
โ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
โ Keep prospective client database updated.
โ Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.
โ Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.
โ Consistently achieve revenue targets set by management.
โ Generate sales through available online freelance portals.
โ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:-
โ Bachelorโs degree in a related field
โ 1 Year of Experience as a Business Developer.
โ Must have experience in Lead Conversion.
โ Experience in Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. is a plus.
โ Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering
โ Must have experienced Client Interaction.
โ Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development.
โ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
