Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
- Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
3. Performance & Policy Support
- Support performance review cycles and maintain related data.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
