About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead and scale HR operations in a growing IT services environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits, statutory compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team in alignment with business priorities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, frameworks, and HR technology systems
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and retention strategies for large teams
