Position: Senior Executive – Human Resources (Recruitment)

Location: Ahmedabad

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Executive – HR to independently manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners to ensure timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities

What you will do:
•Developing REST APIs for the platform
•Developing & maintaining an UX Panel

•Analyse complex problems/issues in load tests, production servers, and identify the bottlenecks and optimize performance.
