Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage employee lifecycle: joining formalities, documentation, confirmation, and exits.
- Support performance management initiatives and HR policy implementation.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance and assist in payroll coordination.
Key Skills Required

This is an exciting opportunity to build immersive XR applications and work alongside experienced developers to prototype, build, and optimize cutting-edge extended reality experiences across mobile, desktop, and standalone XR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging AR/VR/MR applications using Unity3D.
- Assist senior developers in XR prototyping and development tasks.
- Support in debugging and testing XR applications for performance and user experience.
