Work Responsibilities 

- Lead, plan & execute new initiatives & projects 

- Work closely with the founders in scaling up the organization 

- Shaping the company's overall business strategy. Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance 

- Responsible for assisting the Founders with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives 

- Building the new categories at the company and expanding the existing ones
- Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions 

- Responsible for supporting all special projects needs of the Founders, acting as liaison with key stakeholders, analysis of market trends and internal performance, the analysis of data in collaboration with experienced data analysts, and the production of written reports and oral

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Startup (B2B, SAAS, VC companies are preferred)
- Bachelor's degree for a Tier 1 institute (preferably IITs, BITS)

Project Overview:

Part 1 - Design Phase:

• Grasp our vision for the ultimate automation ecosystem.
• Craft a comprehensive plan to maximize GoHighlevel's capabilities.
• Seamlessly integrate PhoneBurner power dialer using meaningful webhooks.
• Provide expert insights on GoHighlevel’s limitations and capabilities.
• Share best practices for automating follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and lead/task assignments.
• Outline key metrics and effective monitoring strategies.

Part 2 - Implementation Phase:

• Bring the approved design plan to life.
• Set up and configure GoHighlevel and PhoneBurner integration.
• Implement automation workflows and reminders for agents.
• Ensure smooth lead and task assignments to team members.
• Configure robust tracking and reporting of key metrics.
• Deliver comprehensive training and documentation for ongoing management.

Requirements:

• GoHighlevel software certification.
• Experience with PhoneBurner or similar power dialers.
• Strong understanding of automation and CRM integration.
• Ability to design and implement complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to explain GoHighlevel’s capabilities and limitations.
• Experience in setting up webhooks for integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.

Job Scope

• Requirements Gathering & Designing: Liaison with SMEs to understand their Business Requirements and advise them on efficient system solutions. If required, guide the clients in re-engineering their Business Processes. Also, educate them on alternatives for system design & advice on how to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Implementation: Configure and Test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Data Migration:  Perform/Support Data Migration as required
• Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project. 
• Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements/issues of the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business needs.

• Work on continuous improvement of the products through innovation and learning. Someone with a knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Experience in deploying highly complex, distributed transaction processing systems.
• Stay abreast with new innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in alignment with the business.
• As a component owner, where the component impacts across multiple platforms (5-10-member team), work with customers to obtain their requirements and deliver the end-to-end project.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Experience with the Golang cycle is a plus
• At least one End to End CI/CD Implementation experience
• Excellent Problem Solving and Debugging skills in DevOps area· Good understanding of Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Hands-on Build/Package tool experience· Experience with AWS services Glue, Athena, Lambda, EC2, RDS, EKS/ECS, ALB, VPC, SSM, Route 53
• Experience with setting up CI/CD pipeline for Glue jobs, Athena, Lambda functions
• Experience architecting interaction with services and application deployments on AWS
• Experience with Groovy and writing Jenkinsfile
• Experience with repository management, code scanning/linting, secure scanning tools
• Experience with deployments and application configuration on Kubernetes
• Experience with microservice orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Openshift, HashiCorp Nomad)
• Experience with time-series and document databases (e.g. Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, Prometheus)
• Experience with message buses (e.g. Apache Kafka, NATS)
• Experience with key-value stores and service discovery mechanisms (e.g. Redis, HashiCorp Consul, etc)
