Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely feedback
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and MIS reports
- Work closely with placement agencies and recruitment consultants to meet manpower requirements
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and proper documentation
- Support urgent hiring needs and ensure quick closure of open positions
Requirements:
