In partnership with Product leadership, you will plan , manage and drive the execution of design projects/games from inception to completion You’ll lead a cross-functional team to help define the product vision that aligns with the customer’s needs and business requirements. You will help lead and scale our Product Design team, shape the company’s strategy . Your leadership will help shape the culture of design, research, and product development at Gambit Sports. Responsibilities - Work with leadership and lead the product design team to determine top priorities and ensure development work reflects those priorities - Work on products to implement and improve gamification and behavior design efforts . - Lead design from ideation to release on fun interactive features that enhance story and increase player engagement through delight, depth and replayability . - Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users’ needs. - Work closely with teams comprised of engineers, designers, marketing, and play a critical role in planning of projects to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and features - Continuously seek out ways to improve process and capabilities of a multi discipline creative team - Anticipate and resolve creative challenges by using appropriate resources and/or solutions Skills & Requirements - 10+ years as a producer / project manager / game designer in the digital space - A portfolio of games or gamification work done with you as a primary designer/contributor - An understanding of what makes for good user experience and behavior design . - Strong design mentality and intuition for game mechanics and game flow - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills - Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Experience leading a team, and effectively implementing team goals and deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

 Work closely with different Front Office and Support Function stakeholders including but not restricted to Business
Management, Accounts, Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Risk, Compliance, HR on all data collection and reporting use cases.
 Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to understand enterprise data, create an innovative narrative to explain, engage and enlighten regular staff members as well as executive leadership with data-driven storytelling
 Solve data consumption and visualization through data as a service distribution model
 Articulate findings clearly and concisely for different target use cases, including through presentations, design solutions, visualizations
 Perform Adhoc / automated report generation tasks using Power BI, Oracle BI, Informatica
 Perform data access/transfer and ETL automation tasks using Python, SQL, OLAP / OLTP, RESTful APIs, and IT tools (CFT, MQ-Series, Control-M, etc.)
 Provide support and maintain the availability of BI applications irrespective of the hosting location
 Resolve issues escalated from Business and Functional areas on data quality, accuracy, and availability, provide incident-related communications promptly
 Work with strict deadlines on high priority regulatory reports
 Serve as a liaison between business and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood, and considered as part of operational
prioritization and planning
 To work for APAC Chief Data Office and coordinate with a fully decentralized team across different locations in APAC and global HQ (Paris).

General Skills:
 Excellent knowledge of RDBMS and hands-on experience with complex SQL is a must, some experience in NoSQL and Big Data Technologies like Hive and Spark would be a plus
 Experience with industrialized reporting on BI tools like PowerBI, Informatica
 Knowledge of data related industry best practices in the highly regulated CIB industry, experience with regulatory report generation for financial institutions
 Knowledge of industry-leading data access, data security, Master Data, and Reference Data Management, and establishing data lineage
 5+ years experience on Data Visualization / Business Intelligence / ETL developer roles
 Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously
 Attention to detail
 Ability to present to Senior Management, ExCo; excellent written and verbal communication skills

Product Overview
 You will be contributing to products concerning both customers and partner drivers.
 Product sectors include:
o Growth: You’ll build tools to help boost user growth on the platform including our industry
best driver on-boarding, training and certification system, referral system, and lead
management models.
o Lifecycle Management:  Build tools to help users engage with the platform better, which
includes rewards and recognition module, subscription service, account management tools,
partner and customer wallets and payout modules, and churn detection systems among
others.
o Transaction Experience: You’ll help deliver the most delightful booking experience to our
customers and drivers. As part of this team, you’ll be responsible for our core booking
system, pricing and payment systems, location tracking and filtering services, fraud
prevention systems, and in-app ticketing and support among others.
o Fulfilment: As part of the fulfilment team, you’ll work on systems which ensure high degree
of ride fulfilment on the platform. Tools including allocation methodologies and system,
dynamic pricing, dynamic partner routing, and partner re-activation tools among others.
o Enterprise Solutions: You’ll help Porter’s enterprise customers achieve delivery excellence.
You’ll build tools for contract management, fleet management, fleet and route optimisation
tools, alerting and monitoring tools, and analytics suite among others.

● Minimum of 6 months of experience in Java based Android development ● Mobile Databases like SQLite / Realm ● Understanding of REST APIs / Retrofit + OKHttp ● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming ● Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. ● Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code ● Strong analytical and problem solving skills ● Eye for detail in UI/UX ● Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application. ● Knowledge of Push Notification Service and Firebase will be added advantage.
