Finance Manager

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with at least 10 years of experience building and maintaining responsive, scalable web applications. You will work across a full technology stack, from crafting intuitive React.js user interfaces to designing and implementing robust backend services with Node.js and PostgreSQL. This role requires strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the ability to collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional end-to-end product experiences.

Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative, organizational, and business support to the Managing Director, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, communication, travel, documentation, and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, MIS, minutes, and other business documents.

Handle emails, correspondence, calls, and communications on behalf of the MD.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics.

Act as a key point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Follow up with departments on tasks, decisions, and action items assigned by the MD.

Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.

Assist the MD in preparing presentations and reviewing business data and reports.

Organize business meetings, conferences, events, and client interactions.

Maintain a systematic record of important documents, contacts, and commitments.

Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and business coordination.

Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

About the role

• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation survey data to ensure roles are benchmarked accurately and consistently. Participate in salary survey submissions and maintain survey vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and compensation tools to support HR and business decision-making. Analyze internal pay equity and external competitiveness, identifying trends and flagging issues for review.
• Support annual compensation planning processes, including data preparation, system updates, and reporting. Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Support the management of global compensation programs, including variable incentive program market evaluation and administrative operations locally. 
• Manage and optimize AI-enabled compensation tools and platforms, including evaluating vendor solutions, designing workflows, configuring models or prompts for compensation use cases, and driving adoption across HR and business stakeholder groups.
• May manage compensation programs, such as recognition and morale programs, including program enhancement, administration, budget oversight, and effectiveness analysis, ensuring alignment with total rewards philosophy and a positive employee experience.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with compensation policies by auditing compensation data, enforcing data governance standards, and identifying process improvements across systems such as Workday and external survey platforms.

Who you are

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or closely related HR analytics roles supporting program design and administration.
• Experience conducting market benchmarking, participating in or leading salary survey submissions, and applying survey data to develop or maintain salary structures and incentive programs.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to generate compensation insights and recommendations, using spreadsheets and reporting tools to inform decisions for HR and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with HRIS or HCM systems (such as Workday) to support compensation processes and maintain data integrity.
• Experience working with or implementing AI-enabled HR or compensation tools, including vendor evaluation, workflow design, or model/prompt configuration for compensation use cases.
• Experience administering recognition, morale or other ancillary programs, including program design, budget management, and reporting.
• Comfort experimenting with and adopting emerging technologies to improve compensation processes, data analysis, or stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zoho products and implementation services.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner networks.
• Conduct product demos, client consultations, and needs assessments to identify the right Zoho solutions for each client.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to create proposals, pricing plans, and customized packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up diligently on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Stay up to date with Zoho product updates, new releases, and implementation capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).

• Ability to understand client pain points and map them to Zoho solutions.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).

The Role requires you to

·      As the lead for in-house development, you will be required to analyse, design/ architect, configure, develop, review, test and deliver quality applications on the Salesforce platform
