About the Role

As a Campaign Budget Coordinator, you'll work closely with our finance and growth teams to design, monitor, and optimize budgets for creator-driven campaigns. From ambassador payouts to influencer challenges, you'll help ensure each marketing rupee delivers results. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the numbers and the narrative - someone curious about how performance-based content campaigns drive real growth in crypto apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and monitor budgets for CX ambassador and student partner campaigns
• Forecast ROI based on past creator performance and engagement trends
• Coordinate between community, marketing, and finance to validate spend vs. results
• Maintain ledgers for influencer/ambassador transactions
• Help build internal benchmarks (e.g., cost per install, cost per user, CAC/LTV) by region or campaign type
• Offer recommendations to reallocate spend based on real-time data
• Assist in weekly/monthly reviews of creator program financials

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Finance, Marketing Analytics, or Business
• Experience creating or managing campaign budgets (Excel/Sheets proficiency is a must)
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, etc.)
• Interest in Web3, crypto user behavior, or community-led marketing models
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, X Analytics, or influencer tracking tools
• You’ve tracked influencer payments, managed bounty programs, or designed payout schemes
