Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations & Coordination Executive with a strong background in the mutual fund and investment industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end content operations, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Operations & Quality Control

• Oversee daily content production operations, including workflow management, scheduling, tracking deadlines, publishing, and team communication.
• Conduct first-level review, quality check, and proofreading of all content formats—static creatives, carousels, videos, mailers, infographics, one-pagers, brochures, PPTs, website content, thumbnails, social media captions, descriptions, titles, and more.
• Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and design across multiple brands and content dimensions.
• Verify that all content adheres to regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

Coordination & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all content-related communication between internal teams and external agencies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback.
• Manage communication with external agencies to ensure timely execution and delivery of creatives and posts.
• Share and circulate approved content internally and externally through email, WhatsApp, or other distribution channels.

Content Creation & Support

• Assist with basic content creation for topical, campaign-based, occasion-specific posts and festival communications.
• Support in executing content aligned with marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Content Management & Publishing

• Manage content calendars to ensure timely planning and publication.
• Optimize content workflows and oversee content distribution across relevant platforms.
• Maintain and organize content repositories and CMS to ensure easy access and long-term usability of assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in content strategy, development, and operations within the mutual fund, investment, or financial services industry.
• Experience in the mutual fund/investment domain is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to financial content (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred).

Experience:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in service sector finance

• Experience in handling statutory compliance, audit support, and financial reporting.

• Experience working in or with certification/training/consulting or professional services companies preferred

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks

Sound understanding of Indian financial regulations and service taxations

Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory obligations: GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.

Handle tax audits, GST reconciliations (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B), TDS returns, and coordinate with external consultants/auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory obligations such as GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations such as billing, collections, payroll, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor revenue recognition, advances, and deferred revenue effectively.
• Drive key financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
• Manage internal and statutory audits from preparation through implementation of recommendations.
• Develop pricing models and perform cost and margin analysis.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while integrating tools like Tally or Zoho for automation and efficiency.
• Promote ongoing development of processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in Ind AS and familiarity with Indian taxation mechanisms (GST, TDS) and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in statutory compliance, audit management, and financial reporting.
• Practical experience with Excel, Tally, and cloud-based accounting platforms such as Zoho Books or ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
