Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations & Coordination Executive with a strong background in the mutual fund and investment industry. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end content operations, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate effectively between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Operations & Quality Control
- Oversee daily content production operations, including workflow management, scheduling, tracking deadlines, publishing, and team communication.
- Conduct first-level review, quality check, and proofreading of all content formats—static creatives, carousels, videos, mailers, infographics, one-pagers, brochures, PPTs, website content, thumbnails, social media captions, descriptions, titles, and more.
- Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and design across multiple brands and content dimensions.
- Verify that all content adheres to regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all content-related communication between internal teams and external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs, approvals, and feedback.
- Manage communication with external agencies to ensure timely execution and delivery of creatives and posts.
- Share and circulate approved content internally and externally through email, WhatsApp, or other distribution channels.
Content Creation & Support
- Assist with basic content creation for topical, campaign-based, occasion-specific posts and festival communications.

Content Management & Publishing
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely planning and publication.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, development, and operations within the mutual fund, investment, or financial services industry.
- Experience in the mutual fund/investment domain is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines related to financial content (preferred).
