Position: Finance Lead

As a Finance Lead, you will be expected represent the company’s financial statements in the most accurate manner for taking appropriate marketing decisions and understanding the P&L status of the organisation

Responsibilities:

MIS (Internal & External)

1. Collate the incoming revenues through all sources namely sales, renewals, supplement sales, Ecommerce sales and keep the revenue data update on a timely basis.
2. Collate all the expenses and outgoings in an organised manner.
3. Ensure that all expenses/outgoings are properly supported by invoices and necessary approvals.
4. Prepare and maintain Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts and analyze financial performance.
5. Prepare and publish MIS reports for management, founders, investors and other stakeholders to support decision making.

Payments & Compliances

1. Ensure timely payouts to Doctors/Vendors.
2. Ensure timely Statutory payments like TDS, PF, PT and filing of GST /TDS returns etc.
3. Verify the revenues earned by Sales and Services team for disbursing their incentives.
4. Advise and ensure legal compliances with respect to Company's business.

Budgeting and Forecasting

1. Periodically prepare Revenue and Expenses estimates and assist in Budgeting and forecasting.
2. Conduct Revenue and cost analysis and advise on burn reduction and business process efficiencies.

Audits

1. SPOC for internal and External audits and ensure correctness of data at all times.

Dashboards

1. Publish monthly Dashboards for investors founders and marketing team’s review and decision making.

Vendor & Inventory Management

1. Coordinate with vendors on stock procurement, inventory replenishment, invoice verification, account reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and resolution of inventory and operational issues.
2. Manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, perform periodic inventory reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Miscellaneous

1. SPOC for all Bank related.
2. Coordinate with external accounting firm, and CA firm.
3. Will be incharge for all Finance related and such other tasks assigned by the founders.

Qualifications:

• BCom is mandatory. MCom will be preferred
• At least 3 of experience corporate experience
• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of CRM tools
• Keeping abreast of all relevant taxation related rules
• Experience of working in startups would be preferred Top of Form Bottom of Form

Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Junior Accounts Executive to support accounting

operations, MIS reporting, and project financial tracking. The role involves handling daily

accounting tasks, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring proper documentation and

compliance.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis

 Pass Tally entries (purchase, sales, journal, payments, receipts)

 Track and monitor project-wise expenses and payments

 Analyze and report Budget vs Actual expenses

 Perform document checking and verification

Job Description

 - Payments: Monitoring processing of payments in a timely

manner by the Accounts Executive that you will be supervising

directly.

- Receivables: Monitoring collection of receivables in time. In

addition, oversee that pro-forma and tax invoices are raised

appropriately.

- Recording: Overseeing the accounting function in ensuring

that the P&L and Balance Sheet presents an accurate picture

of our accounts.

- Costing: Playing a crucial role in deriving the unit economics

for our range of products.

- Reporting: You will play a critical role in preparing monthly

management reports on metrics / sales /budgeting to various

process owners to enhance their decision making.

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): You (along with the

CFO) will play a pivotal role in devising the processes by which

the Finance and Accounts function and the

functions/businesses it interacts with, will adhere. This

includes shifting towards more technology-driven processes in

order to streamline Finance and Accounting operations.

- Banking and Third-party Partners: Liaising and coordinating

with our banking partners and other third-party partners
