Main tasks

• Test preparation (test design, creation of test specifications and test cases for regression tests and tests of new and further developments)
• Sprint-accompanying testing in the Scrum team
• Test evaluation / documentation of the test results
• Further development of existing test automation processes
• Close cooperation with the SOL business unit and the test departments at other locations

Qualification profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with an IT background
• Affinity and many years of experience in systematic testing of software products
• Excellent ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Practical knowledge of the application of test methods and quality management standards as well as test automation knowledge are advantageous
• Fluent in English

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product marketer to lead a dynamic team of social media marketers, including social media analysts, content analysts, graphic designers, video editors, and a sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy to increase platform awareness and user engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of social media analysts and content creators.
• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Plan and schedule social media content, including posts, stories, and engagement tactics.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.

Content Creation:

• Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Ensure that content aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar.

User Engagement:

• Develop and execute campaigns and strategies to keep users engaged with the platform.
• Gather user feedback and insights to improve the platform's user experience.
• Implement customer feedback into product improvements.

Data Analysis and SEO:

• Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve the platform's visibility in search engines.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns through platforms like Google AdSense.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.

Sales Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a sales team responsible for selling platform subscriptions and services to football academies and other stakeholders.
• Set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor sales team performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product marketing and sales, preferably in the sports or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, content creation, and SEO.
• Proficiency in Google AdSense and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing and sales ideas.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Title: Mean Stack Developer 

Location: Pune (Remote)

You should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of operations. You would also be working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital CRM solutions including bespoke in-house software.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Good in Writing effective APIs 
• Developing front-end and back-end website Architecture. 
• Accurately estimate development timelines and deliver per set schedule. ● Test Software to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of applications. ● Experienced in Unit Testing with frameworks like Mocha and Chai. 
• Meeting both technical and consumer/client needs.

About the Role

• Writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code
• Translating software requirements into stable, working, high performance software
• Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building toward an efficient microservices distributed architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
• Knowledge of language patterns such as - Goroutine and Channels
• Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:
• Dependency management tools such as Godep.
• Popular Go web frameworks, such as Echo
• Request routing and API mechanisms
• Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
