Main Responsibilities:-

• Design fault-tolerant backend systems

• Lead architecture decisions and technical planning

• Improve system performance, scalability, and deployment workflows

• Guide senior developers and enforce engineering standards

• Reduce technical debt and solve complex production issues

• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, monitoring, and AWS infrastructure.

• You will work on complex, enterprise-scale systems including large SaaS platforms, distributed backend architectures, pricing intelligence engines, CRM solutions, 3D configuration ecosystems, route optimization modules, payment integrations, high-volume APIs, and modern cloud infrastructure.

• We are not looking for a “people manager who used to code.

Required Skills:-

• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, event-driven systems

• Frontend Understanding: React.js architecture concepts

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, query optimization

• Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes (preferred)

• System Design: Microservices, distributed systems, high-availability SaaS platforms

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Accounting Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• In depth knowledge of Income Tax return filing processes using XML Upload, JSON Upload, Prefilled JSON, etc
• In depth knowledge of the Income Tax Filing Regimes
• In depth knowledge of Income Tax XML responses, JSON responses, data points pertaining to calculation of Financial Rations, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc
• In depth knowledge of E-Return Intermediaries and their rules, regulations, guidelines, permissions, compliances, etc
• Passable knowledge of GST, GST Portal and GST filing processes
• A good working knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory environment
• Ability to quickly grasp the various data sources that the company covers and gaining a hold over them over a period of time
• Understanding and translating statistics to address client business problems and liaisoning with the analytics team to build and deliver custom solutions
• Good understanding of Data query languages like SQL, MS Office, R/Python (good to have) and other statistical analysis tools
