We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our customers and product development teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and product features that align with IntraIntel.ai’s architecture and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with multiple customers across domains such as manufacturing, clinical trials, pharmaceutical, and textiles to gather, document, and validate requirements.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to extract key business and functional needs.

• Translate high-level business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.

• Documentation & Communication:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow Diagrams.

• Clearly communicate requirements to developers, architects, and QA teams, ensuring full understanding of scope and dependencies.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business stakeholders and development team.

• Testing & Validation:

• Perform initial system validation, UAT preparation, and smoke testing to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Collaborate with QA to define test cases and acceptance criteria.

• Track and log defects in JIRA, ensuring they are resolved before delivery.

• Project Planning & Scope Management:

• Work closely with project managers and solution architects to define project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and change impacts, and communicate proactively to stakeholders.

• Contribute to effort estimation and prioritization discussions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and UX designers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.

• Ensure all customer inputs are converted into actionable, technically feasible tasks for development.

• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Conduct regular check-ins and demo sessions with customers to validate progress and gather feedback.

• Communicate technical solutions and project updates to non-technical stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Represent IntraIntel.ai in customer meetings with professionalism and confidence.

Require Apparel Sales Executive for our brand in Bangalore in the Retail Industry (apparels). This is a commission only requirement with competitive commission structure, no base salary, you get a percentage of the closed sales.

Job brief

We are looking for Apparel Sales Executive to close offline sales in Bangalore.

Apparel Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products through store visits, cold calls, we would like to get in touch with you.

Responsibilities

1. Actively find and seek sales opportunities with retailers, boutiques and more in Bangalore through networking, cold calling, store visits and more
2. Showcase latest apparel catalogues to store owners and lock in sales
3. Ensure the availability of stock for sales
4. Collect required lead data and share with core team
5. Close deals with potential stores and ensure regular follow-ups to lock in more sales

Requirements and skills

1. Proficiency in English
2. Knowledge of MS Office
3. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

• Discussing project aims with the development team.
• Designing and building web applications using CodeIgniter.
• Troubleshooting issues in the implementation and debug builds.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience working with PHP, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.
• A solid understanding of application design using Codeignitor/Laravel.
• Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Practical experience using the MVC architecture.

• Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced candidates should have knowledge about all the portals like Upwork etc.
• Candidate should be able to find new clients, get deals finalized, and coordinate with the technical team on deliverables.
• Fresher candidates must have the zeal to learn things and have a quick learning ability.
• Responsible for finding and retaining clients.
• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customers.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Software development in C# [Desktop Applications].
• Strong expertise in OOPS, basic design skills.
• Experience in C#, Winforms is must,
• Knowledge in PRISM, MVVM, LinQ.
• Expertise in multi-threaded programming.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Experience of software development process.
• Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of design patterns and its usage and tools like Visio.
• Experience in UML, SOLID.
• Experience in unit testing frameworks like NUnit.
• Expertise in troubleshooting bugs and finding solutions.
• Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process Oriented.

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers 
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, and blogs
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
• Edit content produced by other members of the team
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
  Create quirky content for Insta, Facebook posts.

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing (Preferred)
• Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
