Designation: Product Manager or Senior Product Manager :CPaaS

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to

market launch. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and

regional teams, to develop and implement effective product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in market research, competition analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the CPaaS offerings.

 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and

market demands.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and

business goals.

 Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and

high quality.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.

 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.

 Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning,

messaging, and pricing.

 Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and

support the CPaaS products.

 Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings meet regulatory

requirements.

 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

 Analyze product performance and customer usage data to identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and

strategic initiatives.

 Engage with customers to gather feedback and build relationships.

 Act as a product evangelist, representing the CPaaS products at industry events, conferences,

and customer meetings.

 Provide support and guidance to key customers during product adoption and integration.

Requirements:

Java developer responsibilities include designing, developing, Testing and delivering high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.

1. Proven hands-on Software Development experience

2. Proven working experience in Java development

3. Hands on experience in developing applications using Java EE platforms

4. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)

5. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

6. Experience in the Spring Framework

About the Role: At Co.labx, we’re proud to build products that accelerate the growth of organisations. To this end, we are looking to onboard a full-stack developer with previous experience working with early-stage startups. We’re looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of experience building, testing, and deploying web or mobile based applications. This individual would possess a strong product mindset, be user-centric, and be willing to experiment and build tools that enable teams to thrive.

Competencies

3-4 years of experience in the software development sector (service / product)

Experience with backend development using Ruby on Rails, Python Django, Java Spring or any other server side framework

Experience with Javascript, CSS and HTML and some frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular.js or equivalent

Experience working with relational databases (eg. MySQL or PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with RES APIs and developing endpoints in a RESTful manner

Experience writing industry-grade, well-tested code for a web-based product or service

Ability to work with uncertainty and rapidly adapting to changes

Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to see a product to completion

Excellent communication skills

Help plan and develop new software products for the organisation

Write clean, maintainable and scalable code that is production ready and well-tested

Gather requirements and understand need of new products from various teams

Use basic analytics tools and techniques to understand user behaviour and suggest changes to existing products (or enable other team members to do so)

Our pay scale for this role is between 12-15 lacs

• ●  Clear fundamentals of Analog and Digital Electronics. Knowledge of Full Hardware

• Design Life Cycle.

• ●  Knowledge of Circuit Simulation (PSPICE, NI Multisim, etc).

• ●  Hand- On experience with HW designing rules, PCB Layout in Cadsoft Eagle/Altium Designer etc.

• ●  Should have knowledge & experience with designing & developing 8/16 bit Microcontroller based close loop control systems and Arduino Platform.

• ●  Circuit building and Circuit Analysis Skills.

• ●  Component Data Sheet analysis skills.

• ●  Project Requirement Analysis Protocols/Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, Serial interfaces(SPI, I2C, RS485, RS422, RS232).

• ●  Hands-on experience in utilizing test equipment like DMM, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function/Signal generator/Solder Station (SMD/DIP).

• ●  Knowledge about Board Bring Up process.

• ●  Testing (Integration testing, protocol/Driver testing, etc.).

• ●  Experience in Embedded C programming and embedded system integration and can develop test cases for the same.

• ●  Knowledge of IoT Open Source Programming / Development.

• ●  Candidate will be responsible for research & development of M2M/IoT products.

  Healthy knowledge of most of the following:

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
