We are looking for highly experienced Senior Java Developers who can architect, design, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices . The role requires a strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and data consistency.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics to deliver effective teaching, contribute to research activities, and actively participate in departmental development. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mathematical concepts with the ability to inspire and guide students in both theoretical and applied mathematics.

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.
• Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about open roles.
• Help create and maintain job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.

-Designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications.

-Integrating Payment Gateway, POS & Loyalty systems (such as Freedom Pay, Card Connect, Auth.net, Square, Oracle, Olo, NCR, Clover, Deliverer, etc. if applicable).

-Having experience with Svelte and Azure Cosmos DB is a plus.

-Using .NET Core/MVC, MSSQL, Angular 8+, and Web API.

-Designing, building, and maintaining efficient and reusable C# code using design patterns.

-Building and consuming J SON-based ASP.NET Web API services.

-Executing patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including designing, developing, and testing web applications with .NET, HTML, CSS, and other technologies.

-May lead the work of others and provide ideas to enhance software applications.

-Applying software design and development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, and Object-Oriented Development.

-Familiarity with ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework.

-Participating in architectural meetings and analyzing technical requirements for .NET applications.

-Managing source code with Git, including Git Flow Workflow.

-Implementing enterprise application patterns.

-Paying attention to details and having excellent organizational skills.

-Possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Overall accountable for achieving monthly deals target and quarterly revenue target
• Responsible for identifying / qualifying new opportunities for Avekshaa’ solutions andappNeura products mainly in the domestic Market.
• Responsible for building solid qualified pipeline.
• Pursue hot/warm leads and convert them into business.
• Provide operational support for all sales processes including alliances, pipeline
• progression, sales proposals, collections dashboards etc.
• Understand client’s needs and identifying the right solution to solve those busines schallenges
• Understand competitive landscape and constantly improve market intelligence
• Ensure selling effectiveness across the sales cycle.

• 1-3 years of solutions, IT consulting and software product selling experience in the domestic market. Experience of selling APM products-services, IT service management,
