About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us recruit top-tier talent for our client’s manufacturing firm's corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in hiring for manufacturing firms. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with HR partners to identify and attract top talent for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing. You will also be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking.

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various corporate functions, including finance, operations, sales and marketing, and other support functions

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance

• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including staffing agencies and job boards

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English & Kannada (both written and spoken).
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

The platform that will drive payments at slash will be the social profiles and payment pages for the merchants. You will be responsible for building the social platform on which merchants can build their profiles, list items for sale, the APIs that power the entire UI experience for Slash.

• 3+ years of experience in NodeJS Backend development
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and system design
• Awareness of OOP paradigm, SOLID principles and design patterns
• Experience with TypeScript would be a bonus
• Experience with SQL and noSQL databases and ORMs like Sequelize and Mongoose
• Solid understanding of HTTP, Network principles, caching strategies
• Experience with authentication strategies like Oauth, JWT, passport.js
• Aptitude to work at early growing startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable and optimized backend APIs / RPCs using Go.
• Experience in developing and maintaining live services (troubleshooting, monitoring).
• Work with designers and developers to structure the APIs and database.
• Implement Admin tools for live ops, events, and economy tweaking.
• Ensure that the backend is secure against hacks like tampering with API calls/data.
• Help evaluate and improve backend architecture for the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with relational databases. PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Experience Window: 5 to 10 years on Go (Good to have).
• Solid understanding of any of the existing cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with docker and containerization.
• Expert knowledge in any backend tech like Go, Kotlin, JAVA, . NET Core, NodeJS, Python, Angular, etc.
• Strong familiarity with system design, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience in writing APIs and cloud database.
• Experience in CI/CD environments.
• Bonus: Experience with real-time multiplayer backend/networking/ games is plus.
• Bonus: Experience with any BAAS platform (Nakama/Playfab/Gamesparks).
