Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer to lead the design, development, and

optimization of enterprise-grade databases using MicrosoftSQL Server. The ideal candidate will

also have hands-onexperience with MS Excel and MS Access, particularly in building data models,

reports, and automation tools that support business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 Design,develop,andmaintain complexSQL Server databases, stored procedures,views,and

functions.

 Optimize database performance throughindexing,query tuning,and

 capacity planning.

 Develop andmaintain Excel-based tools andreports using advanced formulas,pivot tables,

and VBA macros.

 Modernize legacyMSAccess applications andmigrate data to SQL Server

 where appropriate.

 Collaboratewith application developers to supportintegrations and data pipelines.

 Implementdata governance, security,andbackupstrategies.

 Documentdatabase architecture, workflows,and technicalspecifications.

 Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree inComputerScience,InformationTechnology,or a related field.

 5 -8 years of experience indatabase development using SQL Server.

 Proficiency in T-SQL,SSIS, SSRS, andSQL Server ManagementStudio (SSMS).

 Strong experiencewith MSExcel(includingVBA) and MSAccess.

 Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, and jobscheduling.

 Excellent analytical,problem-solving,andcommunication skills

Preferred Skills:

 Experiencewithcloud platforms like AzureSQL or AWSRDS.

 Knowledge ofPower BI,SharePoint,or other reporting tools.

 Experiencewith MySQL

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Lead Generation & Prospect Management

- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads from priority sectors

such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, energy, and sustainability.

- Conduct sector-specific market research and competitor analysis to

uncover new opportunities.

Key Account Engagement & Consultative Selling

- Engage senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads,

Compliance Officers) to understand their certification and assurance

needs.

- Nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients to ensure

retention and up-selling.

Proposal Development & Closure

- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies in

coordination with the technical and operations team.

- Manage complex sales cycles, including technical clarifications,

legal/commercial negotiations, and stakeholder presentations.

- Ensure timely deal closures aligned with monthly and quarterly sales

targets. Coordination & Reporting

- Liaise with internal teams for seamless service delivery, client

onboarding, and project execution post-contract.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales

funnel, and conversions using CRM.

- Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account

performance for senior management.

- Support the marketing team in developing client-centric campaigns and thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers).

• Work closely with design, product management, and front-end teams to create REST APIs using NestJS
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

• 1+ years of experience in NodeJS-based frameworks like NestJS, and microservices-based architecture is a bonus.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or equivalent fields with strong mathematical background
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including clustering, anomaly detection, optimization, neural network etc
• 3+ years experiences building data science-driven solutions including data collection, feature selection, model training, post-deployment validation
• Strong hands-on coding skills (preferably in Python) processing large-scale data set and developing machine learning models
• Familiar with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling tools such as Numpy, ScikitLearn, MLlib, Tensorflow
• Good team worker with excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation

Desired Experience:

• Experience with AWS, S3, Flink, Spark, Kafka, Elastic Search
• Knowledge and experience with NLP technology
• Previous work in a start-up environment
