Job Brief:
We are looking to hire a young and enthusiastic professional who is willing to work across different areas to support a very fast-growing business. The individual should be able to engage across diverse cultures. The individual should possess good knowledge of marketing & sales, business development, market intelligence and supply chain. The individual should be acquainted with working in the service industry, understanding / knowledge of data centers is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
โขMBA or equivalent must
โขEngineering degree must
โขWork experience of minimum 2-3 years
โขWork experience or knowledge of mission critical
โขExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
โขExperience working in global environment preferred.
โขExpert in IT skills (Microsoft tools) and adept in power point presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
โขStrategic sales & business development support
oSupport regional business teams with bid management process to meet sales target for thecompany.
oReview opportunity pipelines and provide market intelligence to business teams
oReview and track competitor movements
oCRM tool management
โขP2P process management & coordination
oWork with project teams to understand requirements and co-ordinate within the network(across 140 countries) to source resources for the project. Management of end-to-end process.
oSupport in identifying external strategic partners and onboard within business. Managementof end-to-end process.
โขFinance support & management
oSupport business controller with invoice management
oProvide assistance in tracking business KPIโs
โขAny other tasks assigned by management from time to time

Job Description:
1) AR function including raising invoices, following up on due invoices.
2) AP function including managing vendors, processing invoices, reviewing employee expenses, financial planning & analysis, budget & project control.
3) Review employee expense reimbursements for accuracy and completeness.
4) Conduct audit of credit card spending for all employees and raise PO's and verify vendor invoices.
5) Assist with the month end close process and Annual reports.
6) Business planning, forecasting & budgeting
7)Seek methods to enhance overall efficiency and performance
8)Identifying cost-saving opportunities at the organizational level
9)Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to prevent project delays and help company meet its budgetary and cash flow goals
10)Scheduling and managing timelines
