Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented LMS Operations Executive to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS). The role focuses on learner onboarding, course management, system coordination, reporting, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Create, upload, and manage courses, content, assessments, and user access.
• Handle student onboarding, batch creation, enrollments, and access management.
• Coordinate with trainers, content teams, and technical support for smooth course delivery.
• Monitor learner progress, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and learner performance reports.
• Address LMS-related queries, issues, and escalations from learners and trainers.
• Ensure timely course launches and smooth execution.
• Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and system documentation.
• Support onboarding, certification issuance, and feedback collection.
• Assist in LMS process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, Docebo, Blackboard, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration and operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in EdTech or e-learning organizations.
• Exposure to B2C and B2B learner management.
• Knowledge of basic SCORM, assessments, and certification workflows.
• UAE/GCC market exposure (added advantage)

Position Title : LLM - Lua Developer

Experience : 3+ Years

Opportunity : Full-time (40 hours/week) with a 5-hour PST overlap.
