Role Overview

We are looking for a Saviynt-focused IAM professional at an architecture/engineering level with deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The candidate will drive end-to-end Saviynt solution design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant identity ecosystems across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Saviynt Architecture & Platform Engineering:
• Design and implement scalable Saviynt architecture, including tenant setup, data model design, and performance optimization
• Develop and manage advanced rules, workflows, and business logic within Saviynt
• Drive platform customization, plugin development, and REST/API-based integrations
• IGA Solution Design:
• Architect and implement end-to-end IGA solutions including Access Request System (ARS), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Certification/Recertification frameworks
• Define RBAC models, entitlement governance strategies, and lifecycle management processes
• Identity Integration & Ecosystem:
• Lead integrations with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms using connectors, APIs, and event-driven mechanisms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable application onboarding and automated provisioning
• AD / Azure AD / Multi-Tenant Expertise:
• Architect identity models across Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments
• Design group structures, OU strategies, and identity lifecycle flows
• Leverage Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) capabilities for cross-tenant identity governance
• Governance, Risk & Compliance:
• Implement and optimize SoD policies, access certifications, and audit controls
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks
• Automation & Optimization:
• Enhance self-service capabilities, workflow automation, and access request efficiencies
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and operational stability of the Saviynt platform
• Code Quality & Delivery Excellence:
• Maintain high-quality code standards, documentation, and deployment practices
• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA implementation and engineering
• Strong expertise in: Saviynt EIC platform architecture & configuration; ARS, SoD, Recertification, RBAC; REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and scripting
• Deep understanding of: Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD (AAD); Identity lifecycle management & provisioning workflows
• Experience in enterprise integrations and large-scale deployments
• Exposure to Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) is a strong plus

Good to Have

• Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Understanding of security frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)

Job Title : Backend Developer (.NET Core)

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with 2–5 years of experience, proficient in .NET Core and experienced with cloud platforms (AWS preferred or Azure).

You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs, integrating with cloud components, and ensuring robust data handling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core 6 or above.
• Develop and manage Web APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, CloudWatch, S3; or Azure: AppService, Functions, AzureSQL, EventHub, Blob Storage).

Required Skills :

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and self-driven Marketing Executive who can independently manage and execute the overall marketing function. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, combined with the ability to plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities end-to-end. 

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of marketing initiatives, coordinate with internal teams, and drive brand visibility, lead generation, and marketing performance with minimal supervision. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Core Responsibility) 

• Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans. 

• Plan and implement campaigns for product promotion, lead generation, and brand building. 

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. 

• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. 

2. Digital Marketing

PPC & Lead Generation 

• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and other paid campaigns. • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, ROI) and refine campaigns. • Develop effective ad copies and assist with landing page enhancements. SEO & Website Management 

• Implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. • Conduct keyword research, optimise content, and review analytics. • Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure SEO standards are met. 

3. Brand, Content & Communication 

• Oversee the creation of marketing content — blogs, emails, social posts, brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations. 

• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure cohesive communication across the organisation. 

• Work with internal and external creative teams for design and content execution. 

4. Exhibitions, Events & Offline Marketing 

• Lead planning and execution of marketing for exhibitions and trade shows. • Support stall layout planning, branding materials, and event promotions. • Manage lead handling and coordination before, during, and after events.

5. Lead Management & CRM Collaboration 

• Ensure prompt assignment of incoming leads to the respective territory managers. • Track lead flow, progress, and campaign effectiveness. 

• Work closely with the sales team to improve follow-up quality and conversion tracking. 

6. Market Research & Data Management 

• Conduct competitive research, pricing insights, and industry analysis. • Prepare scraping data and market intelligence reports. 

• Support management with MIS and performance dashboards. 

7. Performance Analysis & Reporting 

• Monitor marketing KPIs across both digital and offline activities. 

• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions. • Conduct A/B tests and track results for continuous optimisation. 

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills. 

• 3–5+ years of experience in a marketing role (preferably B2B). 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, analytics). 

• Ability to independently manage marketing activities with high ownership. • Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, MS Office, CRM systems. • Understanding of website platforms (WordPress, CMS tools). 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing.

AI/LLM Test Automation Engineer (SDET)

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer (SDET) with expertise in AI/LLM testing and Azure DevOps CI/CD to build robust automation frameworks for cutting-edge AI applications.
