Position: Strategy Insights & Planning Analyst

Skills and responsibilities:

• Help support successful assessment of organization strategy & ways of working for a Pharma client and help define their future operating model. 
• Assist in developing discovery interviews questionnaire to assess and synthesize the current landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders. 
• Assist in conducting discovery interviews with relevant stakeholders. 
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the interview synthesis to analyze the gaps/pain points in the current landscape and ways of working.
• Support the development and execution of high-quality deliverables, communications throughout the project. 
• comfortable with various communication tools (Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively design communications for diverse audiences and participate in client discussions
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess current landscape and ways of working
• Experience in org design, strategy-based projects in the past
• Experience of working in Pharma industry is a plus

• Hands on skills in Java programming languages
• Experience of testing of Cloud Native applications with exposure of Kafka.
