Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accurate Draughtsman (Fresher) to join our design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drawing skills, a good understanding of design concepts, and the ability to prepare and revise engineering drawings using CAD software under the guidance of senior engineers.

Location- Bhiwandi

Fresher with Autocad 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Assist in drafting mechanical, civil, or electrical layouts as per project requirements.
• Update and revise existing drawings based on design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation systematically.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to understand design requirements.
• Support design reviews and implement feedback efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SolidWorks / Revit (as applicable).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong technical visualization and drafting ability.
• Basic knowledge of design standards and conventions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

• Candidate will be responsible for providing full life-cycle development (design, coding, and testing) and maintenance of web-based system on Azure
• Candidate should have experience in GitHub, knowledge of DevOps is a plus
• Experienced in designing and implementing web portals, experience with DNN is must
• Ability to work with multiple languages including C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Javascript and related libraries, HTML, Complex SQL queries, CSS, BootStrap, JSON.
• Experience in Agile project management methodology
• Developing and Delivering Excellent Web based solutions/portals/sites based on customer’s requirement within the stipulated timeline
• The candidate should be flexible to learn new technology and platform and should be creative, innovative for improvement ideas, detail oriented, diligent, and eager to learn and grow

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements to apply logic to integrate functionalities
• Identify and understand any technical bugs on the server, site, log files or modules and work on resolving the bugs
• Understand how FTP server is setup for the site
• Understand system/site technical requirements and suggest enhancements if applicable
• Designing, coding, unit Testing, and integration with Database
• Handle site deployment
• Designing, coding, debugging, technical problem solving, and writing Unit Test cases, etc.

Qualifications

Education / Certification

• B.E. / B.Tech. /MSC in Computer Science or IT.
• MCAD/MCSD/MSITP/MCPD

Technical Expertise

• ASP/ASP.NET/VB.NET/MVC/C#/SQL Server 2012+
• HTML, Javascript, Jquery, CSS, Bootstrap
• GitHub/DevOps, Azure
• Web API/ Web Services, Email Services

We will share our workload as a team and we expect you to work on a broad range of tasks. Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

• Developing APIs and endpoints for deployments of our product
• Infrastructure Development such as building databases, creating and maintaining automated jobs
• Build out the back-end to deploy and scale our product
• Build POCs for client deployments
• Document your code, write test cases, etc.

• Within a team of more than 60 people, you will be in charge of: entire HR activities and will carry out the following duties:
• Managing company staff, including coordinating, and supporting the recruitment process.
• Manage Internal and External communication related to HR
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 4) Preparation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines
• Support Group policies, good practices and guidelines to managers and monitoring they are properly applied locally
• Compliance implementation and grievance handling. Nurture a positive working environment
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Employee engagement Activities, General administration work at Bangalore office including procurement of office supplies
• Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for Ecocert
• Maintaining knowledge of changing trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources and associated fields.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree + Diploma/MBA in HR
• Experience: 5+ years in human resources (proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive) or recruitment

Technical skills: -

• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRIS)
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

What you will do:

• Understand the market, clients and build business cases for new product opportunities.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
•  Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience.
• Talk to clients, suppliers, and team members to identify problems.
• Apply the lens of user goals and Fashinza’s mission to prioritize problems to solve.
• Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope. Together with engineering and design, break-down scope into launch iterations.
• Design a client feedback loop and optimise for client and business success metrics.
• Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement.
