Role Overview

We’re seeking experienced Cloud Engineers with 1–5 years of professional experience to design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications and infrastructure. This is a freelance/contract opportunity where you’ll work remotely with global clients on innovative and high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native applications and infrastructure
• Create Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates for automated deployments
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments
• Design scalable and cost-effective cloud architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud service issues
• Create cloud migration strategies and implementation plans
• Guide clients on cloud best practices and architectural decisions

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of cloud networking and security concepts
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies
• Scripting and automation skills
• Solid understanding of high availability and disaster recovery
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions

This is a high-impact, critical role to craft the future roadmap of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of orgn in key partner institutes
• Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute
• Define custom made' offerings for the parents of a particular institute
• Single point of contact between the org institute partnerships team, institute management and org inside sales team
• Be responsible for anything and everything' in the partner institutes
• Be responsible for parent outreach in the institutes
• Strategize and execute plans for customer acquisition along with the management - events, referrals etc.
• P& L owner of key accounts
• Take lead in selling and implementing companies full suite of financial and payment solutions in the partner institutes
• Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of these initiatives / projects while working directly with the founding team
• Own execution from strategy design and setup to pilot and eventual scale-up
• Work closely with different teams within the company (sales, marketing, strategy, and product) to execute the project
• Build and lead high-performing teams to scale these initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree from top tier colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS etc. ) and 2-6 years of experience in project management, product development, growth, new initiatives at top startups
• Track record of outperformance / over-achieving targets in previous work places
• Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results in a time-bound manner
• Prior experience in early stage startups or as a founder is a huge plus
• Prior exposure to B2C or understanding of financial services is a plus

• Periodic review based on approved annual audit plan, on suitability of internal controls in place, and suggest alternatives.

• Make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor department’s response and implementation

• Ensuring closure of audit issues identified in various audits

• Support in implementing policies, SOPs and processes

• Determine and report on compliance with policies and procedures as set by the management

• Support in planned activities such as stock – take of assets

• Support in investigations, if any, arising out of company whistleblower policy

• ERM follow ups and risk closures • Support Audit Committee related activities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain java application phases, code, and software.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging, as well as recommending changes to improve the established processes.
• Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues
• Competence and comfort using multiple frameworks (e.g. Spark, Storm, Hadoop, Angular 2/4/5, Spring Boot)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and make adjustments in a testing environment.

Java Developer - Microservices ( 4+ Yrs) - Mumbai & Gurgaon

Java Developer - Angular ( 3+ Yrs) - Mumbai & Gurgaon

Must have 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Java 8 and above

 Strong in Core Java (Collections, Threads, Regular Expressions, concurrency, Lambdas, Reactive, Exception handling).

 Strong experience in microservices and event driven processing systems.

 Experience with architecting and implementing apps using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud including Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Cloud.

 Good knowledge on relational database (Oracle) or NO SQL database is preferred.

 Experience in writing & automating test scripts using Mockito/JUnit, SpringbootTest etc.

 Must be capable of doing code reviews and mentor the junior developers to drive towards high quality deliverables.

 Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production.

 Very good analytical, problem solving ability, verbal, and written communication skills.
