Product Manager

Job Description :

We’re looking for a Full Time Project Manager (Payments & Crypto) to oversee initiatives around payment infrastructure, digital wallets, and blockchain integrations. You’ll coordinate between technical, product, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of payment and crypto-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track progress of ongoing payment and crypto projects.

• Coordinate between product, engineering, design, and compliance teams.

• Set timelines, milestones, and deliverables for payment feature rollouts.

• Report project updates and performance metrics to leadership.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing fintech, payments, or blockchain projects.

• Strong understanding of payment gateways, wallets, and crypto ecosystems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or Notion.

Key Skills required (Items in Bold are mandatory keywords) :

1. In depth, hands-on knowledge of STLC and Automation Testing
2. Creating Test Cases and Test Case execution
3. Strong experience with Test Planning
4. Strong production experience with testing tools - Jira, Zing and other popular tools
5. Experience in Core Java, JavaScript

Job Description - Architect :

Role:

• Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to implement and maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
• Plan and identify solutions and risks proactively
• Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality
• Remain at the cutting edge of technology trends and use them to solve emerging problems
• Identifying and leading technical initiatives independently towards planned outcomes

Job Requirement:          

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (http://asp.net/">ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
• Good knowledge of Client-side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo.
• Knowledge of design patterns is required
• Ability to negotiate technical requirements with global customers
• Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams
• Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security
• Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise and ownership in the assigned technical area
• Demonstrate experience in mentoring technical teams
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Experience in Product Engineering is desirable.
• Experience in enterprise software development is desirable

Requirements–

• Experience in creating various types of content such as video scripts, blogs, infographics, guides, website etc.
• Be creative and able to work with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling scripts that are shared through video to target our audience i.e. Developers, Product Managers, Designers, and Testers etc.
• Experienced in marketing, digital media, and social media. You are a storyteller, with a passion for sharing and/or creating these stories through video.
• Knowledge of marketing tech like SEO, PPC, keywords optimization, and social media marketing would be a plus.
• Experience with YouTube or any other video marketing would be a solid perk.
• Able to write engaging content for different social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
• You’ll lead and create a video that tells our story, promotes our products, and enhances our brand.

Qualifications –

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science) is Mandatory
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• The person should be a really good communicator & writer.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively and proved to be a good team player.
• Go getter & self-learning attitude.

This person MUST have:
 

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• Cloud architect with hands on development background.
• Build a collaborative relationship with different stakeholders
• Experience on React JS and Python Programming
• Exposure to Python/Django +  NodeJS + ReactJS
• Ensure and drive completions of all committed tasks and deliverables
• Run daily stand-ups and bring teams into an agile cadence of frequent iterations
• Increase team productivity by removing obstacles and keeping processes lean.
• Able to prioritise different tasks and communicate it to the different verticals of the organisation.
• Regularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating,
• with a focus on simplification and productivity.
• Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.

Experience:

• Min 7 year experience
• Not more than 15 year experience.
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location:

• Remote 

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

• A Golang developer role is to build optimized, scalable, and modular software using required technologies. You are tasked with developing and coding back-end components and connecting applications to other web services.

• Basic experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, TeamCity, GoCD, Concourse, etc.)
