• Experience working on React Native.

Requirements:-

• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming fundamentals.

The Role

We are looking foran Information Security Analyst – Compliance to primarily strengthen our practice towards compliances such as HIPAA, HITRUST,etc. and ensure highest levels of security around sensitive data.

• Identifying new risks and performing risk assessments.
• Performing continuous gap analysis.
• Auditing the applications, configurations, and internal practices against standards such as HIPAA, HITRUST etc.
• Providing advice and implementing forward-thinking information security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assisting several teams (internal and external) with best practicesand security consultations.
• Supporting with other information security activities as assigned.
• Ensuring the organizational compliance during audits and certification efforts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining security standards such as HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, ISO 27001 etc.
• Ability to understand and interpret legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance requirements.
• Experience in InfoSec policy creation and documentation.
• Ability to understand technology and pertaining risks.
• Knowledge on IT, Servers, SDLC, Database, etc.
• Experience working with / securing cloud-based applications is an add-on.
• 2+ years of experience.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects which involve deep integrations of various systems. This TPM should be able to identify the complete requirements of all involved stakeholders and identify the technical solution with a clear breakdown of tasks required for successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear requirement documents for both new projects and changes on existing technical projects
• Identify business risks and points of failure in ongoing projects
• Plan and manage releases with all the system providers
• Troubleshoot any system failures on current projects

Requirements:

• Candidate must be from IIT.
• Candidate must have knowledge on Agile and Scrum.
• 4+ Years of total experience with atleast 2+ years in project management
• Understanding of data pipelines.
• Prior experience or knowledge on IT/Telephony Systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask - excellent planning and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

○ Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the 

organization.

1. Technical:

• Understanding of Object-Oriented concepts.
• Basic understanding of core programming concepts with teaching skills will be an asset.
• Good exposure on-
  • Object-Oriented Programming language(s) (preferably JavaScript/Python)
  • Web Technology (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)- Front End Development
  • Block-Based Coding environment like Code.org or Scratch will be a plus
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, Airtable, Firebase etc.) will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in developing database applications and reports
• Expert in SQL in various databases with good exposure to MySQL
• Hands on experience in query tuning for applications, APIs and reports
• Expertise in developing database procedures, triggers and events.
• Experience in AWS Aurora.
