🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Requirements Documentation: Develop, manage, and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS documents to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes and process flows to visualize project workflows and user interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Project Task Creation & Management: Plan, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead and coordinate UAT activities to validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel (preferred).

1. Quality Control & Inspection

• Monitor incoming raw materials (yarn, fabric, accessories) for defects and compliance.
• Conduct in-process inspections during knitting, stitching, and finishing stages.
• Perform final inspection of bags (dimensions, strength, appearance, stitching quality).
• Use tools like AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) for sampling and inspection.

2. Process Monitoring & Improvement

• Analyze production processes to identify quality issues or inefficiencies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work on reducing defects, rework, and waste.
• Apply methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.

3. Testing & Compliance

• Ensure bags meet strength, durability, and load-bearing requirements.
• Conduct tests like tensile strength, seam strength, color fastness, etc.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and test results.
• Track defect trends and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Supplier Quality Management

• Evaluate and audit suppliers of yarn, fabrics, and accessories.
• Ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quality improvements.

6. Customer & Audit Handling

• Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with certifications like ISO 9001.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with production, design, and procurement teams.
• Train workers on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Ensure quality awareness across the factory floor.

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of textile/knitting processes

• Familiarity with quality tools (Pareto charts, root cause analysis)

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Generate leads through marketing, lead gen tools, cold calling, events, existing customer outreach
• Locate the right person in the organization and Make the first pitch
• Send solutions and Services marketing collateral/ material over email
• Follow up, pitch, and convince the customer to try us/take a demo of services wherever we offer.
• Schedule an online meeting or discussion or chat with interested suspects through skype/Chat/phone for the sales closure team
• Develop and prospect sales opportunities as well as work on company-provided sales leads
• Manage a complex sales cycle with multiple decision-makers and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders
• Use our sales CRM tool, and update it at every step of the process.
• Maintain and build up a regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through skype, LinkedIn and other online social network sites sources
• Validate Leads by following our Sales qualification process
• Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, and Proficient in secondary research.
• Act as one point of contact for all client queries from Pre-Sales to Post Sales till project delivery and involved in strategic planning for the generation of inbound/ outbound leads & targeting to produce max revenue growth.

Senior Data Scientist

The Role: Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on conducting research and development in NLP and ML. You will be responsible for writing production-quality code for data product solutions at Chegg. You will lead in identification and implementation of key projects to process data and knowledge discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements into AIML/NLP solutions

• Be able to think out of the box and be able to design novel solutions for the problem at hand

• Write production-quality code

• Be able to design data and annotation collection strategies

• Identify key evaluation metrics and release requirements for data products

• Integrate new data and design workflows

• Innovate, share, and educate team members and community

Requirements:

• Working experience in machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, experimentation, or related fields, with a specialization in NLP • Working experience on large language models that cater to multiple tasks such as text generation, Q&A, summarization, translation etc is highly preferred

• Knowledge on MLOPs and deployment pipelines is a must

• Expertise on supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement ML algorithms.

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Top data wrangling skills using SQL or NOSQL queries

• Experience using containers to deploy real-time prediction services

• Passion for using technology to help students

• Excellent communication skills

• Good team player and a self-starter

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with ML pipeline products such as AWS Sagemaker, Google ML, or Databricks a plus.
