Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Coordination

 Collaborate with BD and CS team to understand their event goals, themes, and requirements.

 Develop detailed plans, timelines, checklists and production schedules.

 Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and materials.

 Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure venue suitability and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Logistics Management

 Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events and activities, ensuring all elements are in place and functioning correctly as per SOP.

 Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements etc.

 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards during all activities.

Technical Coordination

 Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, lighting, staging, and other technical aspects.

 Troubleshoot technical issues during events/activities and implement quick solutions to minimize disruptions.

Budget Management

 Track and manage event/activity and procurement budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within allocated limits.

 Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive rates and

optimize costs.

Team Collaboration

 Lead and coordinate event/activity staff, including volunteers, to ensure smooth execution of event tasks.

 Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Client and Stakeholder Relations

 Serve as the on-ground point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

 Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of requirements.

 Professionally handle client feedback and implement improvements as needed.

Post-Event Evaluation

 Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare detailed event reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing web applications using Django and Flask, with experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS.

Proficiency in Django Rest Framework (DRF) and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical applications are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain web applications using Django and Flask frameworks.

 Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF).

 Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS.

 Develop and maintain APIs for AI/ML models and integrate them into existing systems.

 Create and deploy scalable AI and ML models using Python.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 2+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.

 Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.

 Extensive experience with Django and Flask frameworks.

 Hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

 Strong knowledge of Django Rest Framework (DRF) for building APIs.

 Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

 Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

 Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Title: Email Outreach & Marketing Specialist

Information Security Manager shall be primarily responsible to :

• Run and manage the BAU security infosec operations
• Create and maintain ISMS Policy and Process documents
• Ensure Infosec compliance with RBI and other regulatory agencies
• Participate in IT / Infosec Audits and ensure closure of observations within given timeliness
• Conduct regular VAPT (Vulnerability Assessments) and track closure of open observations
• Identifying and evaluating new IT security technologies and services and implementing it
• Ensure cyber security related polices and technologies are in place
• Conducting regular Inforsec Awareness within users in the organization
• The person needs to work closely with the CISO and other stakeholders – Risk, IT and Audit teams.

Key Accountability:

• Ensuring adequate security controls are in place & working effectively within the organization for information & cyber security
• Ensuring effectiveness of all IT controls to prevent any unauthorized access or activities at a system administration level
• Identify potential security weaknesses through vulnerability assessments and track them to closure within the timeliness
• Tracking and reporting key risk indicators defined for IT processes

Backend Architect:

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).
• Understanding of micro-service architecture and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Experience using Node.js for automation and leveraging NPM for package management
• Solid Object Oriented design experience, and creating and leveraging design patterns.
