About the role
HighLevel Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join the mobile products team and own our mobile app and client portal mobile app. You will be assisting the team in identifying opportunities, proving legitimacy, seizing the opportunity, performing user interviews and designing solutions based on your findings.
The Client Portal Mobile App is an entirely new application designed to enable businesses to brand it and provide it to their clients. This app serves as a versatile platform for clients, offering them the ability to engage in various activities. Users can utilize the Client Portal App to access educational courses, participate in group discussions, efficiently manage their subscriptions and documents, and communicate securely with SMEs. This app will represent a valuable addition to the business-client interaction ecosystem, enhancing communication and service delivery.

Your Responsibilities
- Understanding the aspirations, pain points and user behaviour of HighLevel customers
- Managing Mobile Apps of Mobile First company.
- Identifying good ideas, cutting, prioritizing and visualizing solutions
- Validating solutions with real users at the wireframe stage, gathering feedback from various stakeholders and users at the mockup stage and conducting beta launches for target segments
- Analyzing beta feedback and writing user stories
- Collaborating with support, customer success, devs and product teams to become an evangelist for your product area and building a strong relationship with other teams while you work in a cross-functional environment
- Instrumenting, analyzing and learning from the user behaviour when they interact with your features & products
- Working with Product Managers with a collaborative mindset and assisting them in achieving product objectives
Your Core Skills
- You are passionate about software products
- Managing Mobile Apps of mobile-first companies
- You have been involved in a successful (or unsuccessful) launch of a software product
- You have prior experience in either of the following
- UI/UX Design
- Software Development
- Marketing of a Software product or service
- Sales of a Software product or a service
- Product Management
- You understand the product development lifecycle or have a history of working on Software products
- You have been a leader either formally or informally and have demonstrated leadership skills in the past
- You can deconstruct software products and highlight good UX from bad UX
- You are well versed with SaaS and are generally aware of SaaS platforms out there
Additional Skills
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment
- You have been an APM or a PM before
- You have worked in an Agile or SCRUM environment
You will be the one responsible for the following:
- Defining the category roadmap globally for digital products like Gift Cards, Vouchers, Experiences, Fintech instruments, Donations, Subscriptions, etc.
- Product, place, price, and promotions of the category portfolio.
- Manage supplier relationships for a range of global categories.
- Good understanding of consumer demand and macro-economic trends in the categories.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to market, sell and build a seamless user experience.
- End-to-end management of product i.e. from supplier to customer. You should be responsible for cataloging, quality, CSAT, and revenue for the categories.
Following skills are mandatory:
- You should have at least 3 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories.
- Good communication skills are key for this role.
- Good analytical skills along with sales/marketing knowledge.
- MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred for the role.
- Team management experience will be a plus.
- A strategic thinker along with a growth mindset ll be a good fit for the role.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

Manage the product development process from conception through wireframing, design, build, release, analysis, and iteration
Be a critical voice of the user within Impact Guru. Ensure we are doing everything we can to help users save money.
Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users' needs.
Conduct A/B tests to understand how we can increase the desired use case(s) of our
products.
Skills And Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience developing web products ideally with a background in technical
product management or web engineering.
Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers
Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability (Google Suite, Adobe Analytics, FB Analytics, Omniture, Clevertap, etc.)
Familiarity with APIs, documentation, web system architecture
Mobile-first approach and Focus on creating super-optimized user experience for mobile users
An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.
BE/BTech/BA/BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, business, marketing, etc.
