Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 3+ YOE in Art Direction / Video Production / Graphic Design, with strong exposure to Video creation, Podcasts and Motion Graphics

Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Video-first content, social media design, and digital storytelling

Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)

Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages

Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social, digital, and video content (thumbnails, creatives, motion-led assets, etc.)

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have very strong portfolio showcasing Podcasts, Marketing Videos, Motion Graphics and visual story-telling

Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

JD:

The Senior Software Engineer works closely with our development team, product manager, dev-ops and business analysts to build our SaaS platform to support efficient, end-to-end business processes across the industry using modern flexible technologies such as GraphQL, Kubernetes and React.

Technical Skills : C#, Angular, Azure with preferably .Net

Responsibilities

· Develops and maintains back-end, front-end applications and cloud services using C#, . Angular, Azure

· Accountable for delivering high quality results

· Mentors less experienced members of the team

· Thrives in a test-driven development organization with high quality standards

· Contributes to architecture discussions as needed

· Collaborates with Business Analyst to understand user stories and requirements to meet functional needs

· Supports product team’s efforts to produce product roadmap by providing estimates for enhancements

· Escalates high priority issues to appropriate internal stakeholders as necessary and appropriate

Requirements

Qualifications:
