Our client works in the area of skilling and livelihoods for underserved youth. This is a pioneering program with a strong PPP model, an agency-led approach to livelihoods and a vision of socio-economic transformation.

About the role:

● Research the latest job trends in the market

● Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses

● Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visiting, to keep track of the new openings and signing MoU

● Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fest

● Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for -

⮚ briefing them about the new job vacancies and

⮚ coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews

⮚ collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report

● Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth

● Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth

● Placements Tracking, Preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis

● Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis

Requirements:

● MSW or Post Graduation in any field, with 2-5 years of experience in Placement or working in HR consulting firms

● Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills

● Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving

● Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English

● Deep Empathy and a strong commitment towards youth’s development and growth

● Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation

● Persistence, patience and commitment to doing social good

● High professional standards and dedication to the organization’s mission, staff, and youth

● Ability to handle deadlines with attention to detail including data accuracy

● Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Requirements:

1. 3 to 10 years of experience in full stack development.

2. Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.

3. Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs and responsive design.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Web Developer Intern with a proven track record of building Web apps from the ground up using ReactJs.

• 1-3 Years of experience in Web Development
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Firebase
• Knowledge of Twilio API is a plus.
• Understanding of front-end development tools such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Any production project on ReactJs is a plus.

1. Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.
2. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
3. Translating UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code for producing visual elements of the application.

4. Optimizing components and creating docs, unit, scenario, integration sanity test, etc. if required.
