Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and connect with potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Generate a strong pipeline of leads across media sales, events, BTL campaigns, and digital marketing domains.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
• Deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.

Sales Execution

• Achieve business targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, quotations, and strategic sales plans.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Provide insights to tailor pitches and identify new business opportunities.

Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Serve as the point of contact, delivering exceptional client support and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Campaign Planning Support

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and marketing strategies.
• Assist in executing BTL campaigns, digital initiatives, and events to drive client success.

Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, and sales performance to the leadership team.

Onboarding & Engagement: Assist in the onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the platform features and functionality to ensure they can quickly gain value from the product. ● Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance via email, chat, or phone to resolve basic questions and technical challenges.

 ● Customer Education: Help create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides to help customers navigate the platform independently.

● Data Collection & Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, common requests, and trends, sharing insights with the Customer Success team for ongoing improvement.

● Churn Reduction Support: Identify early signs of customer dissatisfaction and collaborate with the team to proactively address potential issues, helping improve retention rates.

● Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on customer success metrics such as engagement rates, NPS scores, and churn/renewal statistics.

● Process Improvement: Work with the team to streamline customer success processes, suggesting new ideas to improve customer experience and satisfaction. Learning & Development Opportunities

● Customer Success Fundamentals: Gain exposure to core principles of customer success and lifecycle management.

 ● Tools & Software: Hands-on experience with CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.

● Data Analytics: Learn how to analyze customer success metrics and identify actionable insights. 

Work Location - Bangalore (Should be ready to relocate)

Job Description:

As per our conversation, please find below the job description for your review. 

·       Strong written/verbal communication skills

·       Minimum 4-14 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork join pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·       Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

·       Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·       Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·       Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Deep and wide knowledge of Python ecosystem
• Can write code that is readable, maintainable, secure and performant
• Know the importance of tests and how to approach writing different types of tests
• Good intuition for REST API design
• Deep understanding of relational databases, transactions, entity-relationship modeling
• Comfortable writing highly concurrent systems
• Experienced in using profilers, tuning garbage collection, optimizing SQL queries

• Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirement in detail via Phone

• Fix up an Face to Face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and To advise suitable options

• Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls,chat and emails

• Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting

• Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features,Specifications,Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit

• Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration

• Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects,industry developments,schemes,govt.subsidies,housing loan benefits for home buyers

• Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats

• Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organisation policies religiously 

• Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards

• Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory 

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science.
• Experience with ( React+Node ) Or ( react + Angular) Or ( Node + Angular)
