Product Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within financial institutions; understand their pain points and business objectives related to customer engagement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover specific challenges and position Reconect.ai’s solutions as the right fit.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain strong pipeline momentum.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, contribute insights to sales strategies, and share feedback from prospects to help refine product positioning and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role, preferably in debt collection, banking, and financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with prospects.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads effectively.

We are looking for Aptitude and Computer Trainer (Basics)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of soft skills and aptitude assessment techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals.

Proficient in using training tools and technologies.

Certification in training or coaching is a plus (e.g., CPT, CTT+)

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.

Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials is a plus.

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers on the development and maintenance of Quantum’s DXi-Series of disk-based backup appliance software. Quantum’s DXi series protects our customers data on premises, in the cloud, or in a hybrid environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Write code primarily for Linux systems, with programming languages including Python, C, C++, and Perl.

• Design and build differentiating feature sets that continue to expand product capabilities, both on premises and in the cloud.

• Work with development, test, service, and support engineers to develop tactical solutions for customer issues.

• May design and develop automated test suites.

• May maintain lab equipment.

Required Skills and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study required.

• 5-10 years related industry experience required.

• 5+ years software development in C or C++ is required.

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a Linux environment is required.

• Experience in writing scripts: Perl, shell, bash, and/or other scripting tools is required.

• Experience with debugging tools such as GDB is required.

• Experience with source control and shared build environments is required.

Primary Requirements:

• Should be comfortable in doing coding in C#, ASP.NET Core, WCF.
• Should have knowledge of SQL Server.
• Comfortable in working with Angular 2+, Typescript, HTML, CSS.
• Should have experience 5+ years.
• Comfortable in working with source control GIT, TFS.

• A bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science and application.
• Knowledge of software testing includes unit, integration, and automation.
• Proficiency with basic word processing and presentation applications (i.e. MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Knowledge of flow diagramming applications and collaboration platforms, (i.e. Visio, SharePoint) required.
• An understanding of health care laws in India and the U.S.
• An understanding of PHI and HIPAA.
• An understanding of clinical workflows, including dispensing and clinical monitoring
• An understanding of laws regulating the clinical practice, therapeutic/toxic dosing, drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse effects of drug therapy.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate, routine reports and records; supervise the work of support personnel and judge the adequacy of their work performance; communicate effectively orally; use professional judgment to make decisions, problem solve, and prioritize activities; use initiative and act independently. 
• Experience with EMRs or care management software.
