Mandatory (Market Exposure): Must have direct experience selling into or prospecting the US or North America market, candidates with APAC-only or Middle East-only market exposure will not be considered.

Mandatory (Outbound Sales Execution): Must have hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, and demo or meeting scheduling with Account Executives, inbound only experience wouldn't be considered

Mandatory (Prospecting Tools): Must have working experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms in addition to CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.

1. Target Group & Market Discovery • Research and map out relevant industries, verticals, and market segments for Yodaplus offerings. • Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees within target organisations. • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.

2. Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Development • Work with leadership to define, document, and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile. • Validate the ICP through research, outreach feedback, and deal-cycle learnings. • Map ICP attributes to specific Yodaplus products, services, and value propositions.

3. Outreach, Communication & Engagement • Initiate personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels. • Craft clear, compelling messages that communicate Yodaplus's value to the right audience. • Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent, professional engagement.

4. Sales Funnel Management • Build and actively manage a structured sales funnel using CRM tools. • Track lead stages, follow-up cadences, and conversion metrics on a regular basis. • Keep pipeline data clean, updated, and actionable at all times.

5. Prospecting & Lead Generation • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria before advancing them. • Collaborate with marketing on content, campaigns, and lead-gen initiatives.

6. Business Closing • Drive prospect conversations from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closure. • Prepare and deliver clear, structured pitch materials and presentations. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs post-closure and client onboarding. 

Good to Have • 0 to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing role. • Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, or technology products is a plus. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage. • Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.

Position : India Practice Head We are seeking an experience and Dynamic individual to lead our Cyber Security services in India. As India Practice Head you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional cyber security services to our clients. 

You will work closely with leadership team

to develop and execute the strategic plan for the India Practice. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the Cyber security services practice in India including business development, client relationships management, service delivery and offshore business execution coming from US 
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the India practice in alignment with the global cybersecurity services strategy.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  
• At least 15 years of experience in cybersecurity services, with a proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.  
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS, CERT-In 
• Experience in managing Departments and mentoring a team of cybersecurity professionals.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.  
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams. Experience in managing cyber security services for mid-enterprises.
