We are hiring for ASP.NET MVC/Core Developer.

Experience Range: 1-3 years

Role and Qualifications:

• Essential: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC & ASP.NET Core, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience

• Familiarity with .NET framework versions starting from .NET 4.5 and onwards

• Strong grasp of C#, JavaScript, TSQL, HTML, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and MSSQL

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

1) Vendor Sourcing - Pre-Qualification and Evaluation process

2) Working knowledge of ERP / SAP

3) Should have techno-commercial knowledge on the following packages/items :-

   a) Low Side Electrical Package including direct procurement of high side Electrical items (DG, Transformer, Panels etc)

   b) Low side HVAC packages including direct procurement of high side HVAC items (Chillers, AHU, Pumps, Cooling Tower)

   c) Fire Fighting & Plumbing Packages

   d) Low Voltage (ELV) Packages like FA/PA/Access Control/BMS/Security, IT Packages

4) Heading techno-commercial negotiations

5) Preparation of various MIS, Reports and Other Strategic Procurement Documents

6) Management Of pan India Procurement activities

7) Responsible for drafting, review and finalization of agreements with Suppliers , Employers , Consulting agencies , Main Contract Agreements , Sub contractor agreements etc that are related to Engineering Projects & having good drafting skills.

8) Structuring the contracts, managing the contracts, their administration, remediation and compliance.

9) Post Award Contract Management : Rate Analysis, Settlement of claims by vendors etc.

10) Working knowledge about Arbitration Act and the Complying procedures of the same & having worked in full life cycle of an Arbitrations shall be an advantage.

11) Working knowledge about various conditions of Contract will be an added advantage.

12) Knowledge about terms & Conditions of Work orders.

Job Description:

- Experience with Java 4 to 8 years, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes

Knowledge of multi-threading concepts, TCPIP, databases, and REST-based JSON APIs

- Experience with build and deployment tools: Maven, Git, JUnit

- Experience building and working with DevOps Toolchains (Github actions, Jenkins)

Experience with responsive UI development

Demonstrates great communication skills and initiative to solve problems and convey solutions to peers and product owners.

Experience with the scrum process

Experience with event-driven architecture.

Knowledge of UI testing and continuous integration

Working knowledge of TDD TDD mindset

- Pair Programming experience

Functional knowledge of the Accounts Payable domain is an added advantage.

• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendation and designing and implementing systems.

• 4 - 5 years of system engineering experience on any programming language such as Java / .net / Python / angular
• Must have delivered 5 to 6 real time integration engagements for Archer
• Must have experience in developing Custom Objects on Archer to call deployed APIs or Archer’s internal APIs
• Must have strong expertise in developing multi-threaded, scalable applications to support heavy data transactions
• Must have strong expertise in designing applications with architectural patterns such as MVC
• Great to have exposure to DevOps or DevSecOps
• Great to have exposure to source code review or secure coding practices

• Hands on Experience with Microsoft Power Automate Flows & Desktop versions. Experience in developing and delivering MS365 solutions based on Microsoft and Cloud best practices.
• Modelling and developing out robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Azure Form Recognizer during the project development stage.
• Experience in Azure Form Recogniser
• Hands-on experience in developing, improving, and supporting RPA programs with data integrity standards.
• Proficiency in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, Angular 12 etc.) and a willingness to learn new languages.
• Understanding data structures and follows coding best practices, e.g. naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting.
• Good knowledge on end to end automation analysis and feasibility.
• Ability to perform feasibility of automating business processes.
• Ability to solve a problem using critical thinking, including assessment of existing process to determine feasibility of Automation and the ability to break down business problems into logical tasks .
• Ability to perform code readability to understand how the code is implemented and documented ability to understand the dependencies for the code to run.

 Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Power Automate certification will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to perform administration of Power Automate in Admin Centre .
• Must have hands-on experience and troubleshooting knowledge in Power Automate. Functional knowledge of Agile development and RPA development lifecycle management principles.
• Hands-on at least one other RPA Tools Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Ui Path etc..
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved.

• Develop website and its successful deployment as per requirements
• Translate storyboards and wireframes to create functional and high-performing websites

• 5-7 years of experience on Android Java-based mobile applications and systems development
• Strong command of Android Java. Exposure towards Android SDK
• Strong knowledge of the various packages on the Android App development stack layouts, intents, widgets, content providers, touch handling, drawing, location services, media interfaces, network, storage, security/cryptography, SQLite, etc.
• Knowledge of web services and serialization techniques like REST, SOAP, XML, JSON & framing
• A strong penchant for Object-Oriented Design and CS fundamentals
• Experience in working with version control, bug tracking, continuous integration, and other productivity enhancement software like TFS, Bugzilla, Jira, etc.
• Prior experience in working in Agile software methodologies
• Taking responsibility and ownership in the team's work, team player, and good communication skills
• Hands-on experience in developing native Android applications.
• Understanding of Android design patterns, memory management, file I/O, concurrency, and multithreading.
• Knowledge of working with network & battery optimizations, APIs, external libs, SDKs, Analytics, UI, visualizations & animations
• Preferred knowledge on Connectivity, Bluetooth protocols/ BLE.
• Working knowledge and hands-on with Database management such as SQL and contemporary technologies at their backend
• Experience in Unit Testing and TDD practices. Usage of Junit/Mockito/Espresso kind of test frameworks
• Eclipse or any IDE usage
• Published one or more applications in an Android marketplace and knowledge on the process of making the app live.
• Experience in working on applications with react native is a plus.
• Able to create a UI and UX that would make the app simple to use and delight users.
• Able to fix the occurring bugs and iteratively improve the app, include newer features, and keep the app up to date with all the Android updates/ libraries that will be released.
• Have an eye for new upcoming technologies and be able to evaluate and implement the same to enhance development efficiency.
