jumpingMinds is seeking a skilled Backend Developer with a strong proficiency in Python and Django to join our development team. Your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of the jumpingMinds backend system, scalable to millions of devices. working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Requirements :

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• 3-4+ yrs experience as Backend, prior startup experience, should have led the team, python django expertise, AWS cloud stack knowledge are all must.
• Prior experience in Team Management
• Backend or Full-Stack experience in a work setting or classroom-setting.
• Work experience, open-source code, or coursework in any of the following languages: Python/Django, Golang, Ruby/Ruby on Rails
• Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).

We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer Interns to join our growing team of engineers to help build and maintain our products. You should have prior internship experience as Backend intern using PythonDjango

Requirements/Skills

• At least prior internship experience -on Backend development experience especially in Python & Django stack is must
• Prior experience in tech and product startups ‍.
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks (Passed out year - 2022 & 2023)
• Sound knowledge on Python programming language and must have completed projects using the Python

• Full-time Paid Internship(15,000-35,000)
• Internship duration: 3-6 months
• Based on their performance during the internship, there may be a Full-time opportunity available for them to join our team

Job Description

We are hiring for talented Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs

Responsibilities

• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.

Requirements and Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field
• Have prior experience of 6 months as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Possess good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• Has strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Has excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Is a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
