Job Profile:
A Graphic Designer is a critical part of our mission to promote our brand as fresh, innovative and trustworthy. This vital position requires a creative and innovative thinker to create and support our visual brand identity across various channels. As a Graphic Designer at Mindler, you will be working closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and design new graphics, marketing collaterals, blog visuals, infographics and social media posts.
You Should Have:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command over design software, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Exceptional creativity and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to innovate, ideate and come up with out-of-the-box ideas
- Experience with UI/UX is a plus

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs
- Build reusable/hygiene code and customize libraries/tools for future use
- Develop best user interaction and easy navigating features
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, coordinating the same with design team to ensure the required files are in-place
- Ensure that all user input is validated using scripts
- Perform cross-browser testing before staging the platform to the backend integration
- Final functionality of the applications to be ensured after backend integration
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Job Specifications :
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Development experience on latest Angular versions is a must.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or Bitbucket
- Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
