Responsibilities : Content Operations 1) Select content from the text platform to be converted to audio -This is done by both data and manually reading the content on theMarathi platform.2) Deal with authors regarding permissions - Work with internal teamsand reach out to authors, both via phone and mail to seekpermission for their content3) Build and maintain production work with vendors: Source newvendors for audio content creation, vet them and onboard them.Select voices and allot stories accordingly. Maintain quality ofproduction and timelines of audio production. 4) Content Management on the platform: Work to upload and maintain content on a regular and pre-decided basis to ensure metrics are met. 5) Marketing collateral for content: Read the content and prepare marketing collateral for social promotions and ads. 6) Podcasts - Source quality audio content from the internet with respect to Marathi 7) Content operations to engage users on the platform. This includes curating content on the platform to maintain the quality and freshness of the content. 8) Handle incoming requests and queries with respect to the product: Respond to users on the platforms on a regular basis and build relationships with them. 9) Liaison with the internal team – take help and work with existing team to ensure that any task with respect to audio is being completed. Community Management 1) Build a community of creators on Pratilipi – This would involve dealing with creators on a regular basis and ensuring that they are creating more and more high-quality content on Pratilipi. 2) Build and maintain social media presence of Hindi Audio – This involves setting up the audio social media presence on various platforms and figuring out the best ways to promote content and achieve gaols as per the social media plan. 3) Any other tasks that may come up with Marathi or other languages audio content.
