Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Django Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, Django frameworks, and RESTful API integration.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance web applications using Django and Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application performance and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6+ Years of hands-on experience with Python and Django framework.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Django ORM, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with Docker, Celery, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.

• Ph.D. in Relevant Field: Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a closely related field. The Ph.D. should reflect deep expertise in a specific sub-area of the discipline.
• Publications: A strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, particularly in top-tier venues related to CSE, IT, or ECE.
• Research Experience: Proven track record of independent and collaborative research projects, including contributions to advancements in areas such as machine learning, AI, data science, cybersecurity, embedded systems, etc.
• Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching and mentoring students, ideally at the university or college level, in courses related to CSE, IT, or ECE.

• Subject Expertise:
• CSE: Knowledge in areas such as Algorithms, Software Engineering, Data Structures, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Big Data, Database Systems, and Networking.
• IT: Familiarity with Programming Languages (Python, Java, C/C++, etc.), Web Development, Mobile App Development, Cloud Technologies, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Network Security.
• ECE: Expertise in Analog and Digital Electronics, Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Communication Systems, Control Systems, and Instrumentation.
• Research Technologies & Tools: Hands-on knowledge of research tools and platforms (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, Python, TensorFlow, etc.), depending on the specific area of research.

• Banking Domain
• Assist the team in building Machine learning/AI/Analytics models on open-source stack using Python and the Azure cloud stack.
• Be part of the internal data science team at fragma data - that provides data science consultation to large organizations such as Banks, e-commerce Cos, Social Media companies etc on their scalable AI/ML needs on the cloud and help build POCs, and develop Production ready solutions.
• Candidates will be provided with opportunities for training and professional certifications on the job in these areas - Azure Machine learning services, Microsoft Customer Insights, Spark, Chatbots, DataBricks, NoSQL databases etc.
• Assist the team in conducting AI demos, talks, and workshops occasionally to large audiences of senior stakeholders in the industry.
• Work on large enterprise scale projects end-to-end, involving domain specific projects across banking, finance, ecommerce, social media etc.
• Keen interest to learn new technologies and latest developments and apply them to projects assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Your objective will be to ensure that client is able to extract value of our solution to the fullest. You will be the first point of contact for the client and end users of the software. You will be responsible for successful transition of the customer to our solution, for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting feature demonstration and giving training sessions. You will be resolving client queries on a real-time basis. You will also report to Product team on any major issues that clients may be facing. Uphold established standards, processes and best practices in customer service. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8-12 years’ of industry experience in programming web applications, mobile and/or large scale enterprise products
• Deep knowledge of C#, ASP, .NET, MVC, .Net core
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience working on Ruby or React and JavaScript, as required
• Experience with XML, ADO/ADO.NET, LINQ, AJAX, IIS
• Extended experience with SQL, relational and non-relational databases

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
