Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services, with primary responsibility for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, compliance, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 services while providing technical support and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Exchange Online

• Administer and manage Exchange Online environments.
• Create, modify, and manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and mail contacts.
• Configure mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and anti-spam/anti-malware policies.
• Troubleshoot mail delivery issues, Outlook connectivity, and mailbox permissions.
• Manage email retention, archiving, and compliance policies.
• Perform mailbox migrations and hybrid Exchange administration (preferred).

SharePoint Online

• Administer SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and permissions.
• Create and manage communication sites, team sites, and document libraries.
• Configure sharing policies, storage management, and governance.
• Support migration of content from legacy systems to SharePoint Online.
• Monitor site health, storage usage, and user access.
• Implement SharePoint security and compliance best practices.

Microsoft Teams

• Administer Microsoft Teams, Teams policies, and collaboration settings.
• Manage teams, channels, guest access, and external sharing.
• Configure Teams calling, meeting, messaging, and app policies.
• Troubleshoot Teams client, meeting, and collaboration issues.
• Support Teams governance and lifecycle management.
• Integrate Teams with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage users, groups, and licenses through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Configure Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and security policies.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and resolve incidents.
• Perform PowerShell automation for administrative tasks.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance policies.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with Microsoft Support for complex issues.

Required Skills

• Strong administration experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), and SharePoint Admin Center.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft 365 security features.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and subscription management.
• Experience with mail migrations and tenant administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exchange Hybrid deployment experience.
• SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager, etc.).
• Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing knowledge.
• Experience with Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Power Automate and Power Apps exposure.
• ITIL process knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• 3–7 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments with 500+ users.
• Experience working in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support teams.
