Job Title: MERN STACK Developer

Location: Hybrid weekly ⅔ days WFO (Bengaluru- India)

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. This role is front-end-heavy, focused on building clean, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using the latest technologies in the MERN stack—particularly Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Material UI (MUI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional frontend components using MUI.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) or similar component libraries.
• Understanding of responsive design, modern frontend tooling, and web performance best practices.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills:

For Backend Engineers

For Frontend Engineers

• 💻 Expertise in React Native.

• Experience in validating security aspects on a confidential database.
• Hands-on experience in SSL communication setup, strong access control, and database hardening.
• Experience in performing productive DB recovery and validating crash recovery.
• Experience in handling incidents & opening DB2 support tickets.
• Experience in deploying a special build DB2 version from DB2 support.
• Worked in environments such as 12x5 supports of production database services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in handling application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Jboss, etc.) in highly available Production environments.
• Experience in maintenance, patching, and installing updates on WebSphere Servers in the Production environment.
• Able to handle installation/deployment of the product (JAR/EAR/WAR) independently.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts (Service operation & transition)

Soft skills:

• Ability to work with the global team (co-located staffing).
• Carries learning attitude, should be an individual contributor and must have excellent communication skills.
• Support: 12/5 support is required (on a rotational basis).

• Looking for a talented PHP Developer having experience in writing clean PHP code.
• Someone very good at understanding requirements and developing services & features quickly.
• Good communication skills & team player, who engages with all stakeholders of the project to add clarity for all aspects of the ongoing software development project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Having good attention to detail & requirements.
• Building software applications in PHP.
