We are seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Product Marketing Manager with a passion for mobile apps to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in new product ideation, executing successful go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the overall success of our mobile applications. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication.

• New Product Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas for new mobile app products. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful product launches. Work closely with the product development team to align marketing initiatives with product features and benefits.
• Competitor Research: Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand market trends, identify competitive advantages, and position our products effectively.
• User Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance user experience and engagement.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and improve key performance indicators.
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Implement effective ASO strategies to enhance the visibility and discoverability of our mobile apps on various app stores.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and vendors.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong B2C Product Marketing Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in product marketing for digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience in pre-launch and post-launch marketing, including user research, positioning, GTM planning etc
• Mandatory ((Experience 3): Experience launching or scaling a mobile app, preferably iOS
• Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)
• Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.
• Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).
• Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short period employment is acceptable if there are atleast 2 stints of 2+ years. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.
• Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop facade concepts, details, and technical drawings.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integration.

• Prepare 2D/3D models, renderings, and specifications for facade systems.

• Research and recommend materials, finishes, and sustainable technologies.

• Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.

• Provide technical support during tendering, procurement, and construction phases.

 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit.

• Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, composites).

• Understanding of building physics and envelope performance.

BE/Mech

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to ensure high test coverage and reliability across complex web applications.
• Design and execute advanced SQL queries in PostgreSQL to perform backend data validation, ensuring data integrity and consistency between the UI and database layers.
• Apply robust system design principles to develop modular, reusable test components and service-level abstractions that minimize framework technical debt.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and provide rapid feedback on build stability and regression impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to conduct technical design reviews, identifying potential edge cases and architectural risks early in the SDLC.
• Mentor junior quality engineers on best practices for asynchronous programming in TypeScript and efficient selector strategies within the Playwright ecosystem.
• Analyze complex system requirements to create comprehensive test strategies that balance functional automation with performance and reliability benchmarks.

Success Metrics for this Role (first 6 months):

• Achieve maximum possible automation coverage for all high-priority regression test cases within the assigned functional module using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Reduce manual regression testing execution time by at least 40% through the implementation of optimized, parallelized test scripts and CI/CD integration.
• Design and implement a minimum of 5 complex utility functions or custom hooks in the Playwright framework to enhance code reusability and handle intricate PostgreSQL data validation workflows.
• Maintain a script stability rate of 90% or higher, ensuring that failures are due to genuine application defects rather than environment instability or flaky test logic.

Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in implementing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and containerization strategies to ensure consistent execution of test suites across various environments.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure services, specifically AWS or Azure, for scaling automated test execution and managing cloud-native databases.
• Mastery of API contract testing frameworks like Pact to ensure service compatibility within microservices architectures.

AI/ML Development: Build models using open-source frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). ● Zero-Cost Full-Stack Engineering: Build across the stack using cost-free tools and infrastructure. ● Security & Auth: Implement secure authentication/authorization systems using free solutions. ● AI-Augmented Coding: Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot, Cody, and Workik to 10x productivity. ● UI/UX Focus: Build clean, engaging, and fast interfaces. ● Rapid Iteration: Ship MVPs, test quickly, and improve constantly. ● Lean Infrastructure: Avoid paid services; build with open-source and free-tier tools. 

Salesforce developer
Exp: 7-9Years

Location: Noida & Hyderabad

• Expertise and industry experience working with Salesforce (Lightning web components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Rest/SOAP/GraphQL Integration)

• Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer 1 / Platform Developer 2 and Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
