Job Description As a Product Marketer, a B2B SaaS Healthcare startup working youre expected to Be an expert on our buyers and users problems, workflows, concerns and daily frustrations around Healthcare SaaS and Radiology based Technology Be an expert on Synapsica’s products Reconcile the above two by translating product features into customer benefits Position Synapsica as the first entrant of its kind in the marketplace Tactical, day-to-day expectations from the Product Marketer are: Interview buyers and users to deeply understand their problems and challenges Interview happy customers and create case studies, testimonials (video or written) to be used across the website and elsewhere Create sales enablement collateral like product presentations, cheatsheets, tech-specs, battlecards Keep the website and other collateral updated to reflect all product features accurately Help other teams in Marketing with channel/campaign/target-audience specific messaging guidelines Write PR releases, blogs, guest blogs and publish + syndicate them Plan and execute the launch of new product features Use market, competitor and value-based research to establish product pricing Speak about and present the product to internal and external audiences Work with Product Management to refine in-app content

Time management and Collaborative skills: This role will work with Marketing teams, Design team, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, therefore it is important to have great time management and people collaboration skills. Comfort in an unstructured environment: We are trying to disrupt the Healthcare Tech field for Radiology centres with first of its kind AI/ML solutions, which means we’re constantly coming across new situations where we don’t know the answers yet. It’s important that you can look at an unstructured problem, give it some structure, and chart a robust path forward. Requirements 2 to 4 years of SaaS product marketing experience, but quality of experience is far more important than years of experience First hand experience of setting up on page SEO in previous work experience You’re deeply familiar with the usual SaaS tools like Zoho (or any marketing automation and CRM tool), Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Test graphics across various media.

REQUIREMENTS: • Qualification: Minimum Graduated.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

- Will be responsible to design creatives for upcoming app events, collaterals, offline marketing, social media layouts
- Must be able to create a meaningful design keeping consistency across all designs as per brand guidelines.
- Would need to design creatives that denote functionality
- Be regularly updated on the latest design trends and share inputs on improving design tonality/ language for the brand

1. Assist NGOs in increasing donations from their own donors
a. Working 1-1 with a set of NGOs to strategize and execute on plans to increase donations from their own donors through online & offline activities
b. Planning and executing the danaMATCH Challenges (an online fundraising event)
c. Conduct workshops to improve capabilities of raising funds from individual donors
d. Use various digital tools such as social media, blogs, emails to advocate building and leveraging an individual donor base
2. Help NGOs use our platform better
a. Educate NGOs on using more features on our platform thus being able to reach more donors and donations
