About the Role:
Join the Founder’s Office at LH2 Holdings — a fast-growing media and tech company — and work directly with the leadership team on high-impact projects. From automating reports to building tools in Apps Script, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how startups operate and scale.
Responsibilities:
- Build internal dashboards and automation tools.
- Create business and performance reports.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead digital media sales efforts across our portfolio. This role is central to driving monetization, including direct ad sales, sponsored content,and premium programmatic opportunities across our digital properties. Given our strong North American audience, experience in the North American market is a distinct advantage. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in a fast-paced startup environment in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with a consistent focus on meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, conduct outreach, and foster connections with B2B decision-makers, generating impactful solutions.
- Translate complex advertising concepts into clear, compelling solutions across digital, social media, and programmatic channels, building trusted relationships and demonstrating return on investment.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Stack WordPress Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, and solid experience managing high-traffic websites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Nginx, load balancers, Linux servers, and will have a keen eye for SEO best practices and performance optimization using tools like PageSpeed Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure websites follow SEO best practices (technical and on-page).
- Monitor and improve PageSpeed Insights scores across desktop and mobile.
- Set up and manage Nginx web servers, load balancers, and related configurations.
- Handle MySQL/MariaDB database tuning and optimization.
- Work with Linux-based environments (Ubuntu) for server maintenance, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain websites capable of handling high traffic volumes without performance degradation.

This isn’t just a social media gig—it’s a strategic role that sits at the intersection of digital media, growth marketing, and inbound business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale LH2’s social presence from scratch—starting with X (Twitter) and LinkedIn—with a goal of reaching and engaging hundreds of thousands of followers.
- Create and curate original, thought-provoking, and platform-native content across multiple channels (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc.) that reflect our work, POV, and the broader digital media landscape.
- Stay plugged into the digital media ecosystem—including updates from Google (e.g., Discover, AI content penalties, algorithm shifts), monetization trends, and platform changes—and distill these into actionable, insightful content.
- Turn case studies into content. For example, If we help a partner site grow Discover traffic 5x, you’ll create snackable posts, threads, infographics, or videos breaking down the how, the why, and the what it means for others.
- Build a community hub—whether on Slack, Discord, or elsewhere—of digital media operators, site owners, and content entrepreneurs who care about scaling media businesses.
- Drive inbound leads by leveraging community engagement and social reach to attract potential partner sites looking to scale with LH2.
- Use AI-first workflows to speed up content production, research, engagement tracking, and community management—while still maintaining a human, authentic tone.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or community building, with a track record of scaling a social channel from 0 to 100k+ followers—preferably on X or LinkedIn.
- Strong grasp of digital content trends, Google ecosystem updates, and the media/creator economy.
- Proven experience creating content that performs—be it threads, memes, carousels, short-form videos, or newsletters.
- Experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Discord, Slack, or Circle.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) to enhance content creation, research, and engagement—AI-first thinking is a must.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
